Friendly staff

Cons:

We were told breakfast opened at 7:30 so we didn’t go until 7:30. It opened earlier . Which is great but we were told differently. We would have eaten early and left for event earlier had we known it opened earlier.

Per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo di meglio. Onestamente vista la posizione ha un grande potenziale, è un vero peccato.
Pros:

La struttura è accogliente, camere spaziose e con una vista impagabile. In reception sono stati molto carini.

Cons:

La struttura è vecchiotta, non rimodernata. Le camere non erano pulite bene purtroppo. A colazione la situazione non era sotto controllo: siamo arrivati dopo un grande gruppo ed il cibo scarseggiava, la signora incaricata della gestione si lamentava vistosamente ed animatamente dei clienti “voraci” ed ha risposto male a diversi clienti in arrivo dopo di noi.
