Great location.
The room was spacious and in close proximity to local areas and sightseeing areas.
Understaffed. Breakfast had very limited options with one young man doing everything. Very noisy rooms, can hear next door and very dated. Although the location was good, I wouldn't go back.
Beautiful trendy hotel in the heart of district 1 walking distance from Ben Than market and majority of the sights. My room was very nice, clean, comfortable and very spacious. Breakfast is nice and offered different options for different travellers, staff speaks English to a degree that you would understand one another. Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again if I visited Ho Chi Minh in the future and I highly recommend it.
The property is very nice, all the staffs are helpful and very friendly. The room is very clean they always replenish the refrigerator. Highly recommended place to stay !

Like the place. Only thing about the room was there was no windows but it said in the information for some rooms. Staff was great and friendly. Location is perfect for all the local spot, mall a block away. The main square is a few blocks away with the opera house and coffee shop and a river down the road. Definitely would return again:

Close to Ben Thanh markets and amazing street food vendors. Perfect location in a very nice equipped hotel. Price included mini bar as well.
Cons:
The showers have a glass partition that covers only 1/4 of the shower so all the water runs out to the floor. Thin walls so you can hear drawers and closets open and close in other rooms.

5 stars to the staff as they’re all friendly and helpful.
Breakfast buffet was decent with Vietnamese and Continental menu choices.

Great location. Cleaning staff are excellent. Front desk staff were hit or miss. Nothing bad, some just seemed distracted. Overall nice hotel.

I was a bit concerned when I book this hotel as some of the previous reviews weren’t very good and I book it for location. However the hotel was good value, staff excellent , linen fresh and clean and breakfast although not brilliant, was still very good.

We had a very spacious room. satisfied with the upkeep of our room. The staff were accommodating to our request for assistance specially when the AC didn't work well on the 1st 2 nights.

Great staff and location
We were given the room right above the lobby and street facing. It was extremely noisy. Having a family with young kids, the early morning karaoke guy and late party-goers really dampened the stay. The morning buffet was good. Lots of selections. It is a great location though.
