Pros:

the staff was especially helpdul, checkin, park and fly, airport shuttle and diver were all great!

Cons:

The restaurant/bar next door seemed particularly eventful with police cars there... we were told it was not an uncommon event, as often as every night. However, within the hotel grounds we felt safe.

Our stay overall was good. Management was receptive to our feedback and apologized.
Pros:

1. Location - right next to a wonderful Mexican Restaurant
2. Locked parking area for extra safety
3. Breakfast choices were excellent

Cons:

1. The room had been smoked in although it was a non-smoking property - management was notified
2. The room was not thoroughly cleaned along baseboards and window-sill. Photos were proved to management on site
3. Elevator lights were uncomfortable as they flickered like strobe lights.
4. We found what looked like either a live beetle or cockroach in our tub.

Value for money
Pros:

This property was clean and close to the airport.

Cons:

Only the tin bed frames, but that’s about asthetics. Someone else may find that quite beautiful. My kids banged their feet on it a lot , just to hear the noise. A bit unnerving for me.
