Pros:

Cons:

I couldn't walk in the building due to marijuana permeating from the lobby as soon as the door opened, causing a severe, life-threatening allergic reaction, resulting in the use of an epipen. I had to scramble to find alternative arrangements and missed my tour. Staff told my husband they would refund but had to go through booking, but then refused to refund.

Yard was littered with empty mini-bottles and condom wrappers.

Location and staff decent, not much else
Pros:

Staff was friendly enough. Location was decent being close to Graceland and the airport, but not close to much else.

Cons:

Advertised a sofa bed, but there was none. Hotel did leave a single rollaway bed in the room but the bed was very dirty. Several sheets in the room were also dirty. Was without water over parts of 2 days, and even when did get water back, the water was shooting out black and brown. The breakfast at the hotel was also one of the worse I have ever seen, and could only stomach eating it once. Also always suspicious looking when the walls of the room are only recently painted in spots.

Memphis Hotel Near Airport & Graceland Good For Short Stay
Pros:

Adequate breakfast. Located near Memphis Airport and Graceland. Protected parking area. Swimming pool, laundry room, snack vending machines.

Cons:

Barely basic bathroom amenities. Some lights in elevator showing floor not working; also elevator inspection certificate on display expired last year. Driving to area supermarket the bumpy roads (next to Graceland!!) are presumably to be repaired soon.

Cons:

We ended up leaving this hotel and going for a different one. The lobby stank the room smelt even worse and wasn’t clean. The aircon was so loud. We didn’t feel safe. They refused to refund us.

100% best hotel yet
Pros:

i was overwhelmed. it was nice and clean .. roomy no bugs no filthy towels no mildew smell. i loved everythijg about t ecept in room 101 if you using the mircrowave the tv goes off. other then that we had a romantic get away

Difficult to Contact the Hotel
Pros:

According to the hotel website, airport shuttle service is available.

However, when I arrived at the airport and tried to call the hotel to request the shuttle, the phone did not connect. I also replied to the SNS/message I had received from the hotel, but that did not work either. As a result, I had no choice but to take an Uber to the hotel.

When I asked the front desk staff about this, I was told that the phone had not been working since the morning, and that the SNS/message system can only be accessed by hotel staff.

If guests cannot contact the hotel by phone or reply to the message system, then the airport shuttle information is not useful. I believe this should be improved, as it caused unnecessary inconvenience and extra transportation cost.

Frustrating!
Pros:

The TV didn't work for the first day. Front desk sent the shuttle guy up who told us it was the remote. Changed the battery and it still didn't work. Told us he would have the front desk move us. He left the dresser with the fridge in it, out about 8 inches. I then went to move it and found the cord that wasn't plugged in and fixed it myself. Then pushed the dresser back. Found a note under the TV that Read "TV Here in 501 doesn't work". I didn't get my diamond welcome gift, nor was I recognized as a Diamond member. Rather I got a text that said "Welcome Blue Member". The hallway right by our room was full of drywall and trash. Right at the A/C unit. The pool was disgusting and a greenish brown, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. My room wasn't cleaned, bed not made and towels not changed. The cleaning lady told me I had my DND sign up, to which I didn't. I removed it at 8:30 am when we went to breakfast and then got a 9:30am shuttle to Graceland and returned after 4:30pm, so she then cleaned it while we were in there. I was very disappointed in the hotel and the service overall.

The stay was okay just need and upgrade for what’s changed
