Good time. Concur Graceland
Pros:

Breakfast was good. It was raining a couple of of days and we enjoyed playing games in the breakfast area. Loves that they had coffee available during the day!

Carpets is very wet
It’s not safe people knocking in our door
Lots of noise after midnight in the hallway I really didn’t feel safe to be there so I’ll never go back to this hotel even if I had to sleep in my vehicle and the only reason I booked this hotel because it’s close to the airport

Not what I would expect from a Wyndham Property.....
Pros:

The facility was clean and comfortable. Not too hot nor too cold. The pool was clean and parking was fenced in for security. The room was neat and clean with the appearance of care taken by the staff.

Cons:

CHECK-IN: Check-in was a challenge. I reserved an accessible room but was given a standard. I returned to the front desk and was informed that the "system" had me in a standard; I produced my conformation that showed the accessible room but the continued to state that the "system" showed a standard. After a prolonged discussion, she did eventually switch us to the reserved accommodations stating, “I’ll go ahead and upgrade you.” I felt like I/we were an inconvenience for wanting what I had reserved for our stay. Once the confirmation was provided, she should have simply made the change without any further back and forth. First impression was NOT good.

BREAKFAST: It was sparse and disjointed. Powdered eggs (eggs crumbles), sausage paddies, biscuits, waffle maker, pastries and cereal. Condiments were ketchup and salt. No pepper. I heard several other guests ask, “Where’s the pepper?” The gallon sized syrup bottle for the waffles was empty enough that one had to take out the pump and pour it onto your waffle. Juice dispenser worked and coffee with basic creamer and sweeteners was available. Dining area was clean.

Cons:

Room smelt like cigarettes. The room appeared dirty someone else's razor top (the clean safety cover over blade) was still on bathroom counter.

We enjoyed the stay. Convenient location, quiet, clean and with attentive staff.
Pros:

We checked out early, so did not partake of the breakfast. However, the available coffee anytime was good and a good idea.

Cons:

Thermostat.. the room was cold inside. After raising the temperature setting up to about 74°, the room began to feel damp.

Pros:

Gated entrance for parking makes it feel much more secure. Pool! Towels available at front desk. Nice soap, shampoo, conditioner available in shower. Authentic Mexican restaurant restaurant very near front entrance is quite good! There's shuttle service to both airport and Graceland. 2 elevators for easy transport. Lots of trolleys in lobby to move luggage. Interesting hallway decor.

Cons:

Lack of explanation of how to use parking gate with an access code and which way to enter and exit the lot or which way to enter building after parking. There's a sign that reads doorway always locked but it's open. The pool gate doesn't close to latch properly and there's no code or room key needed to enter the pool area. It doesn't seem secure.
