I loved the restaurant and the environment of the Inn. Very welcoming and cozy. Was a short little drive to the waterfront and town. Nice, comfortable and clean rooms. Very quaint and cozy.

The Amble Inn is a relatively new hotel sited in Amble. Its location is not picturesque and it is near new housing. However there is convenient parking and the accommodation provided is fine. If you want a beachside accommodation that is not on offer. Other guests advised that there was a beach 15 minute walk away. In summary the hotel offers everything you need at a fair economic price. The staff are friendly and helpful. Like many new hotels dogs are allowed to share bedrooms - we are not keen on this but it is obviously a benefit for some of the hotel's customers.

Only issue was lighting in the room wasn’t the best . Need celling lights

Property was amazing except for the lack of air conditioning.

The room was great, clean, tidy and lots of space and the value, I thought, was excellent.
Checkin was a little slow, felt more like a pub with a side hotel. It felt the barmaid was busy with customers, taking priority over hotel guests. That said, everything else was as good as could have been expected.

The inn was quality. Lovely staff , really clean , quiet which was lovely, choice to go to the sunday quiz. Drinks quite expensive £7 something for a lg glass of wine. I think 4 is fair as we purchased a bottle for £7 outside. Lovely big room needs 2 tub chairs in for both comfort not 1. Breakfast was disappointing cold buffet foods bacon not cooked properly sausages hard. Im a chef. £15 surcharge for the dog.????? Dont see why as brought own bed. Would not stay again because of the poor breakfast but the place on the whole is lovely.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Food excellent staff very friendly and helpful room spacious and bed very comfortable. This is the second time we have stayed here and will definitely stay again

I thought paying £144 including dog stay was for a double but was questioned about it was booked a double with request for double bed was just me had to pay more. Said it was because I booked with you and not direct could have saved probably £50 I was not happy to hear this. I have some points with you as I have used you with large bookings points about £130 how do I cash them in to use when booking again ?

This is a nice and friendly place to stay. It advertises as pet friendly and there were lots of dogs around.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Spotlessy clean, with polite and very hardworking staff. Parking is free with plenty of spaces. We ate evening meal and breakfast in the hotel, and found the food to be excellent, and reasonably priced.
It is about 20 minutes walk to the little town of Amble.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely visit again if we are in the area.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Shame the sink was cracked and no extractor fan in bathroom. The dinner food was pretty poor and breakfast below standard. Apart from the disappointing food it was a good place for a comfortable night on a journey.

A very enjoyable stay with a comfortable room and friendly, efficient staff. The initiative of offering a free drink for each time the room was not serviced was excellent and a practice which other hotels would be well advised to copy.
The hotel was a little distant from the town but this wasn't a major problem and the on-site parking was more than adequate

Big clean room with everything you need for your stay. Nice touch, for each day you stay ( min 2 nights) and don't have maid service , you can have a free drink in the bar! (Not the last night of your stay) Friendly staff. Good choice for breakfast. The Inn is a mile away from Amble.

Dinner choices limited for us. What was offered was good though.

A very enjoyable 2 night break with lovely weather.

Friendly helpful staff, huge room, located on A1068 with easy access to A1M. Town centre approx 25 minute gentle stroll although on a bus route.
Food quality loses a star. Mediocre and lukewarm, albeit comparatively reasonably priced.
