Hotel sencillo, cómodo y a buen precio, en una zona tranquila alejada del bullicio.
Pros:

La cama muy cómoda, habitación con suficiente espacio.

Cons:

El hotel está muy bien, limpio y cómodo. Sin embargo, el primer día la habitación de mi mamá tenía un olor a drenaje. Después mejoró.

Todo estuvo muy bien, la habitación es amplia y cómoda.

Cons:

Lo único extraño es que el lavatorio está afuera del baño. Por lo que si una persona quiere seguir descansando la otra la puede molestar.

quiet and efficient stay
Pros:

In a quiet district with plenty services and not too far from exhibition center (15mn by walk). Welcoming staff.

Cons:

Rooms arent perfectly soundproof but it depends from other guests too.

Not bad but due to problems with hot water I cannot recommend
Pros:

Caffe machine, caffe,green tea,water and biscuits at room on daily basis.Metro is close, 4 stops to plaza Espana,restaurants and caffe shops nearby hotel.

Cons:

There is not enough hot water,the 1st day there was no hot water at all..

Pros:

We had a pleasant stay at Serennia Fira Gran Via. The hotel is well organized, clean and conveniently located, making it a good option for a short stay.

However, our room had no external window (only facing an internal atrium), which made it feel less comfortable. There was also a strong smell of cleaning products throughout the hotel.

Pros:

Posizione comoda (5 minuti a piedi dalla metro), zona residenziale tranquilla.
Camere silenziose e pulite.

Cons:

Purtroppo la nostra camera non corrispondeva alle foto. Camera piccola, senza finestra e senza possibilità di arieggiare, risultato un ambiente umido e aria pesante. Bagno modesto e rovinato. Per quella cifra mi aspetto di trovare quello che mi è stato mostrato.
