Serrenia Fira exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartment was spotless, exceptionally well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
What truly stood out was the attention to detail. We were welcomed with coffee, milk, cookies, and all the practical amenities you could need, including an iron, ironing board, and fridge. As a lovely surprise, there was champagne chilled in the refrigerator, and the beds were decorated with a birthday message and heart-shaped touches — a very thoughtful gesture that made the stay feel special.
The service was outstanding throughout. Communication with the team was seamless: quick, friendly, and professional from start to finish. Everything was organized perfectly, and it was clear that guest comfort is a real priority here.
A beautiful place to stay, with excellent hospitality and genuine care in every detail. Highly recommended — absolutely worth it, and we would gladly stay again.
Todo muy bien, desde los recepcionistas hasta la estancia en general, todo muy limpio y mi habitación por lo menos era súper bonita y con terraza. Muy en cuenta para mis viajes a Barcelona me encantáis.
Gostei do chuveiro, do tamanho do quarto, do pessoal da recepção. Transporte público próximo ao hotel.
Achei que fica um pouco distante do centro histórico, contudo há transporte público próximo e o ônibus 46 que vem direto do aeroporto.

La posizione.
La stanza aveva un forte odore di muffa e ho trovato diverse formiche in camera e in bagno.
Al prezzo pagato, 245€ per 1 notte 1 persona, non mi aspettavo di non trovare la possibilità di fare colazione in hotel in alcun modo. In stanza c'erano solo contati due cialde di caffè, due biscotti, 2 bustine di tè, 2 piccole confezioni di latte per macchiare il caffè. In assenza della possibilità di acquistare la colazione in hotel, mi pare decisamente misero, soprattutto per chi viaggia per lavoro e non ha tempo di cercare colazioni fuori.
