Pros:

Hotel is very clean and breakfast is amazing also employees are very helpfull. And another good thonk is Hotel is above the metro station and dm store, hit supermarket and aldi under the hotel 🙂 specially thanks for customet servise chef and breakfast chef for kidness and help

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The reception staff were very kind and helpfull. Because I needed an accesible bathroom they switched the next day our room to an upgraded room without extra charge.
The breakfast was very good with large choice.

Perfekte Lage mit guter Anbindung
Pros:

Perfekte Anbindung der U-Bahn. Zentral gelegen. Zimmer zweckmäßig und für einen kurztrip vollkommen ausreichend. Frühstück haben wir vor Ort gebucht und für einen super Preis, 31 € für 2 Personen, erhalten. Frühstück selbst war super und für jeden genügend Auswahl vorhanden.

Cons:

Etwas laut abends, da gegenüber eine Disko ist, aber dass ist halt mitten in der Stadt so.

A good, big hotel.
Pros:

Location was great! Very close to public transportation and to the historical city center. Right around the corner was a lively area with lots of unique food options. This hotel is very large, especially for this city, so it was easy to spot from a distance. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The shower was great, with lots of water. Our room was ok size with a nice view from the higher floors.

Cons:

The room rug seemed to make things a little dusty. The windows opened for ventilation, but air would not come in due to the layout of the room. We never did get the AC/fan in the room working, so we kept the windows open the whole time for fresh and cool air. Thankfully, the weather outside allowed this. This may not be unique to this hotel, as we noticed during our other stays in Germany and Austria on this trip that there is generally little ventilation.

Pros:

Das Haus hat schon viele Jahre hinter sich, ist allerdings immer noch in einem guten und gepflegten Zustand. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Beide gebuchten Zimmer gingen in Richtung des Ladehofes der Läden in dem angehängten Einkaufszentrum. Schade, der Ausblick ist nicht besonders erquicklich...
