Over the years the place has gone backwards a little bit
Pros:

The property is perfect for our needs

Cons:

No plug for the sink. No bottom sheet on the bed. So we used the top sheet as the bottom sheet, but it was even stained

Very comfortable, but cleanliness could be improved
Pros:

Booking and check in we're easy, and the room very comfortable, with appliances as described. Location was good. Apartment appeared to be very clean at first sight.

Cons:

Some cups and plates in the cupboards were not very clean, with food and drink residue. The oven rack had also clearly not been cleaned after prior use. We needed to clean these before use.

Beautiful super clean and comfy apartment stay, perfect for working remotely
Pros:

Brilliant 1 bed apartment, loved that it was an apartment not just a room - a desk to work from, a laundry room with washer and dryer was so helpful, super comfy bed, loved the full length windows. High finish and super clean. Great to have a dishwasher, and have tea / milk / sugar provided and toiletries. Free wifi was great too. Liked that there were lamps and low lighting. Very comfortable stay, would stay again.

Cons:

Room 1703: Two old TVs which were low quality res and not smart TVs (e.g. no streaming services or apps). The one in the lounge at least had Foxtel, the bedroom one only had TV channels - I don't think I've seen that for 15 years! Upgrade your TVs to basic smart TVs with good quality resolution would be a great improvement. Only other thing was the hairdrayer was not hot or high powered - took forever to dry long hair, needs to be replaced.

Spacious, well- equipped and comfortable
Pros:

Apartment was spacious and clean and well equipped. Moved the washing machine and dryer.
Weren’t required to empty the dishwasher on the last day or find the outside trash - we did leave the place clean and tidy. Reasonable walking distance to centre.

Cons:

Itching. All good

A very clean, comfortable unit in a great location. Friendly staff and handy to have bar/meal option
Pros:

Location great, comfortable and clean unit. Handy to have IGA so close although used bar and meal options at apartment.

Cons:

There was a very raggy/holey tea towel in our unit which was a definite 'what the hell' moment.

Great location for an Adelaide short stay.
Pros:

The location was great. We found it easy to walk into the CBD, Botanic Gardens, Museum, Art Gallery, Zoo, or public transport close by. Cafe/ restaurant that would deliver to your room and an IGA for grocery needs downstairs. Room has full kitchen and laundry facilities, and a small balcony if you want some fresh air. Unit was well appointed and clean (carpet and upholstery needed attention tho), bed comfy, good sized bathrooms and nice shower. Onsite parking (at an extra daily cost). Despite the few things we didn’t like, we would stay here again.

Cons:

Our particular room was located very near the garbage disposal shute for the floor, and it was utilised a lot! Carpets and lounge suite were overdue a steam clean, but the overall unit cleanliness was very good. Parking was an extra daily expense and while our unit was on the 3rd floor, parking was on the 6th. Only small inconveniences really.

Great location, good value for families! Pool was a highlight!
Pros:

Location, ease of parking in adjacent car park (for an extra charge), having the IGA downstairs was super convenient! Kids loved the pool.

Cons:

The extra bed I’d requested had been forgotten on the first night, but this was sorted out promptly once I notified staff the following day.
Steam room was out of order which was a bit disappointing.

Very pleasant stay in quiet, comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Good, clean and quiet rooms. Very comfortable beds. Great to have a balcony on hot evenings.

Cons:

A few bumps and bruises in the rooms like lightbulbs missing in bedside lamps, scuffs on walls but nothing major.

Pros:

Location is good.

Cons:

Elevators in the North Wing was under repair when we arrive. We were on 1110, view was to the parking. Telephone didnt work and was not repaired till we departed. Kitchen wasnt even provided with salt and pepper. Coffee / Tea shld be picked up daily from reception and only 2 pods per day. Swimming pool not heated. SAUNA out of order. SERVICE is included but only to change towels

Use of single bathroom toiletries. This property should use refillable bathroom products.
Insufficient towels rails for two people.
