Very well treated here
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for one night and it was good. I especially would like to comment how they appreciated and cared for us as frequent Hilton members with a statue. We also would like to extend our sincere thanks to C**er, manager on duty at the front who went up and beyond ln his service to his fellow guests.

Perfect for our needs.
Pros:

Convenient for proximity to Mayo Clinic. Staff could not have been nicer or more welcoming!! A very pleasant experience!

Needs updating
Pros:

Got a room with two queen beds, there was only three towels and more importantly, the room was exceptionally small. When I say small, no joke, when you opened the door it was within an inch of hitting the sliding barn door. Put the suit case on the stand and you would bump it when you waked by. Bathroom was really tight and I have no idea when the last time they changed the fittings for the bathroom. I felt like when using the toilet that I was on the floor it was so low and hoped it flush. The shower head was old and drained slow. The caulking was or should say had black areas on it like it was peeled away. Hot tub was average in that the jets were not strong. The temperature was perfect. Maintenance, well that is another story. There were used band aids on the floor. Yuck. Breakfast was decent. Average selection, was hot. A/C worked well. Oh yeah, the beds, yeah. Really old mattresses. Sagged. Slept rough and woke up many times through the night as a result. If in a pinch would stay but most likely would seek another location. I will say that the folks though were really nice.

Good place to syay
Pros:

Overall place was good. Clean. Desk staff was excellent. Some issues I had were the shower gel was completely empty. Should be on a housekeepers checklist. (room 234).

Also, my bathtowell was so old it shredded when I used it.

But the bed was comfortable and clean and that's whats most important. Breakfast was good.

Great for post surgery recovery!
Pros:

Employees were so helpful. Room was comfortable

Cons:

The recliner only fit between the right bed and the wall. It was hard to operate. Not a deal breaker at all.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Ich war zum 2. Mal hier zum Verwandtschaftsbesuch gleich um die Ecke, mit Auto oder Shuttlebus ist aber auch das Stadtzentrum von Rochester leicht zu erreichen.
Alles in allem war's wieder ein gemütlicher Aufenthalt, Zimmer sauber und geräumig, Frühstück entsprechend der Hotelkategorie und amerikanischen Standards, Poolbereich wirkt durchaus einladend, das Parken vor dem Hotel ist super praktisch und kostenlos.

Cons:

Dass man in den USA kein Hotelfenster öffnen kann, daran werd ich mich wohl nie gewöhnen. Eine gewisse Muffigkeit lässt sich auch hier nicht vermeiden.
Auch bei ausgeschalteter Klimaanlage war in meinem Zimmer ein stetiges Brummen vermutlich von Außengeräten zu hören. Die Klimaanlage selbst (auch zum Heizen!) läuft aber im Vergleich zu amerikanischen Hotels ähnlicher Kategorie recht leise und unaufdringlich:-)

At a very stressful visit this hotel made it bearable!
