Great short stay
Pros:

We had to book a last minute hotel after landing at the Minneapolis airport due to a blizzard. Booking and check in was easy and quick. The front desk was helpful with finding dinner food, since most places were closed due to the storm. Our room was basic but comfy. The breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed out stay and would probably return again because the staff was amazing and responsive
Pros:

The staff was amazing. The gentleman who served breakfast was kind and helpful and the front desk was accommodating when I requested a late checkout

Cons:

Wasn’t the best breakfast but I have had worse in other places but there’s room for improvement.

Fun time swimming, cozy sleep, and a nice warm breakfast!
Pros:

We have stayed here many times and we always enjoy the nice warm pool, the cozy rooms, and the good breakfast.

Cons:

The ONLY issue we had this stay was a man entering our room at 8:30. I realize we did not have the tag on our door handle, but check-out is not until noon- nobody should be entering rooms before check-out.

Great location but paid parking?
Pros:

Front desk clerk was kind and welcoming. Breakfast was hot and perfect on a snowy morning.

Cons:

The $5 a day self parking fee was an insult. Why add an additional charge for staying at the hotel in the suburbs?

Very helpful and friendly staff
Pros:

We visited for just one night to catch a flight the next morning. Very friendly and professional desk agent who helped with information about the airport shuttle (fabulous to have available) and suggestions for dinner nearby. Very clean and maintained rooms and breakfast area. We were very pleased. I’ve stayed in many Hampton Inns all across the country - this is one of the best.

Pros:

This was probably one of the best places I’ve ever stayed over many years of visiting family in Minneapolis/ St. Paul. What was really refreshing was the friendly and accommodating staff making sure throughout our stay that all was well.
We’ll definitely be back!
