The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great and there was always refreshments available. Staff was courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend.
Location was great. It was clean with a few repairs needed. Nice continental breakfast.
Had a room with 2 Queen beds and they were so uncomfortable. No hot tub in pool area. Kids thought pool was boring.
Cleanliness and location.
Unreliable key access to the door through the stay. Cold coffee. Cold pool to.. inaccurate thermostat.
Breakfast was adequate, nothing special. Better toaster that at most hotels. In room coffeemaker appreciated,
Very clean room, thermostat actually worked!
Paying for parking. Top it off I booked two rooms, drove one vehicle and had to pay for parking on both rooms!
waiting to see if we got double charged on the second room I booked for a friend. He gave them his credit card but they charged mine. He even went to straighten it out as he checked out and I still got charged. I'm waiting to hear if he has a charge for the room on his card too.
very helpful staff, good food, convenient location.
As an older property it has been very well maintained. Especially considering as busy as it is. All the staff we interacted with were extremely pleasant and responsive to requests, etc. We did have two issues first the toilet wouldn't flush properly. The maintenance guy came quickly and fixed the issue.
The second issue was the heating and cooling system. We talked to the front desk and the maintenance person three times because the unit in our room kept switching from heat to A/C at one point the temp in our room was down to 66 degrees. Maybe ok for some, but we were cold. Eventually after the third visit to the front desk they sort of fixed the heat for us. The unit in our room continued to switch between heat and A/C, but at least the room temp stayed around 70 degrees.
Otherwise our room was clean and ready when we arrived. The breakfast was what one expects at hotels of this class. A plus for me they have cooked oatmeal. Otherwise, on par with rotating egg options from day to day, waffles, etc.
All in all it was a decent stay
We had to book a last minute hotel after landing at the Minneapolis airport due to a blizzard. Booking and check in was easy and quick. The front desk was helpful with finding dinner food, since most places were closed due to the storm. Our room was basic but comfy. The breakfast was good. Would stay here again.
All was good
Hi! I stayed at this location a week ago and I was disappointed to hear ICE was also at the same facility. My friends and I were worried about them targeting us while simply trying to visit Minneapolis.
Mildew/moldy smell gave my children and I an unbearable headache. It was noisy and unclean too. We will not be returning.
Went here for a valentine’s retreat with my wife. A staff member refused to give us our key until she finished giving us her opinion on why we should have separate beds. Later in the stay, she BURST IN when we had the do not disturb sign on. We were embarrassed and the night was ruined. Appeals for a refund fell on deaf ears.
Nice and clean as always .
Breakfast was really good. I loved the oatmeal!
I had a little trouble with the heater and thermostat. But it was minor.
