Very disappointed

Cons:

Lady on late shift was rude when asked to stop guest on 4th floor to stop the running noise was unable to sleep was up to late morning

Stay here quite a bit and is a good hotel as it is pet friendly.
Pros:

Great location and nice rooms.

Cons:

Traveled with my pet and would of prefered a room with no carpet. All was well.

Pros:

The room was disgusting. The chair in the room looked like semen was squirted all over it. The floor was nasty. It smelled ,the air conditioner wouldn't turn off I had to physically unplug it. I've never seen this place like that. I have stayed here several times The front desk clerk bought me up Lysol spray febreze spray. That's how bad that room was

Cons:

I didn't like anything. I was very unsatisfied. I end up sleeping in my clothes and laying a towel on the pillow that I bought with me

Nice location
Pros:

Great location, comfortable, clean room and a great breakfast.

Cons:

Our reservations (2 rooms) were supposed to be pay at the property but I was charged for both rooms before we actually checked in.

Morning sun tells all
Pros:

Stayed here two weeks ago, was great. This time not so much.

Cons:

The room we had this time was closer to the road noise. Upon waking up in the morning, discovered just how dirty the room was. My slippers were covered in hair from the floor. The bathroom floor was dirty around the stool and near the shower. All the hair on the floor was really gross, could see it in the morning sun.

Pros:

The location of the hotel. The young man that checked me in Friday evening was nice. The young lady that helped me with a couple of requests Saturday night. The decor of the hotel. The view from our room on the 4th floor.

Cons:

The rust spots at the bottom of the pool, upon first glance it looked like feces. The older lady that worked night shift March 6, 2026, she seemed to have a superior title but was very unwelcoming & inhospitable.

Très agrèable séjour, on aurait adoré rester le restant de notre séjour de 4 jours mais trop cher
Pros:

La propreté des lieux surtout de l’entrée et de la réception, le lobby était très bien éclairé ainsi que la salle de restauration et de détente assez lumineux. Le réceptionniste a été vraiment accueillant et aimable malgré notre réservation tardive. Accés très facile et rapide aux principaux axes routiers, se restaurer est assez facile aux alentours.

Cons:

Dommage que l’hotel soit situé dans une zone avec un cadre et une vue pas très agrèable, à moins d’aimer les camions, les routes et les zones industrielles.

Pros:

That it was right off the highway and everything was close

Cons:

When I checked in the front desk staff was unpleasant and kept trying to be funny when they weren't. Kept stating my reservation was going to be canceled if I did not checking before 6 and I checked in before 6 and when I got the email that I needed to update my card I did it right away and was accused of not doing it. I was driving from another state so when I was able to see the card needed to be updated I did it right away. It was a very annoying process with the constant repeating of my stay being canceled.
