The front desk was friendly.

Cons:

The hairdryer caught my hairs where I have to use nail clippers to cut my hairs off of the hairdryer. I thought the water on the toilet floor was from the shower but it turned out to be from toilet leak out because how do I know. I clean the floor suddenly there was water again. I booked two rooms. My daughter and her bestie said the people in the 2nd floor was jumping and running around.

Perfect place to stay while visiting monterey
Pros:

We really enjoyed the space of the Deluxe king suite, the pool and hotub were kept clean for the entirety of the stay. Breakfast was perfect for the small amount we liek to eat in the morning

Cons:

I didnt see an obvious spot to get pool towels but did get some from the front desk. Not a big issue at all, just is the only thing i could compalin about.

Cons:

floor was a little uneven, would have liked better water pressure from the shower head, and if they added a waffle/pancake station for breakfast would add a little more for the experience. overall, great for money spent, very minimal issue so we would stay here again.

I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share some feedback about my experience.

First, there was an issue with the toilet in my room as it was clogged. Although the problem was resolved quickly by the staff, it was still inconvenient and affected the overall experience.

Secondly, regarding breakfast, the options were quite limited. While adults may find it acceptable, there were not many suitable choices for children, which could be improved.

On a positive note, the room was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. In addition, the hotel’s location is excellent—very close to the beach and in a quiet area, making it a pleasant place to stay.

Overall, I would rate my stay 8 out of 10. With a few improvements, especially in room maintenance and breakfast variety, the experience could be even better.

The staff was getting used to the new system i guess, they seemed confused, the guy was just rude and clueless. The security guard lady, was mean mugging everytime we came through the lobby.

Lovely place
Pros:

We were a bit concerned about all the noise that kids were making next-door, but then they settle down. There were some people partying with illicit smoking things, but the lady told me that they also told them to put a stop to that. The places in an awesome area of Pacific Grove.

Cons:

Our toilet kept rocking every time we used it. I imagine they can fix that if they just tighten the screws or if they realign the toilet. The place is definitely dated, but it also adds to the charm of the place. The staff was courteous and kind.
