Book somethimg else.
Pros:

Location is the only good thing. That is it. Do.not book it.

Cons:

The building smelled of molf. The room smelled of vomit. Very very very (!) noisy. They should have demolished the place 30 years ago and build a new building. Overprived.

It was a sweet getaway.
Pros:

We love the hot tub and sauna. We use it after we go running/ walking by the beach. We enjoy the fireplace in the room. The people working are friendly.

Cons:

The changed the continental breakfast. Miss the Costco muffins. Only had yogurt area, apples, bagels, toast, and waffles. We like the simplicity.

you used bait and switch methods and ruined my vacation.

my room details stated, “Room Details
The hot tub and fireplace are the special features of this double room. This double room features heating and a TV. The unit has 2 beds.”
there was no hot tub or fireplace in the room. this is the ONLY reason I booked this room at this hotel!
complete bait and switch! i spent over 2 hours on the phone with Booking.com and down at the front desk with staff(multiple occasions)
i was NOT given what I booked! The fireplace and hot tub and no communication from the hotel or Booking.com(except a message stating you would get back to me in 48hrs??? then as my solution you say I can leave the room, mind you it is after 8pm and i wont get charged for my 2nd night?!!! i drove 5 1/2 hours to get here??? we have no where else to go. you want me to take my 12 year old and drive around at 9pm looking for a new room. so disappointed! so frustrated! Not relaxing not enjoying my vacation!

It was my second stay and I would go back again.
Pros:

Breakfast good. Beds very comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff were very good. Front desk not very professional.

Cons:

Felt that breakfast staff could have replenished items better. When we got there most of the items were empty and took a while to fill more.

Trotz Bestätigung per Mail und booking hat uns das Hotel bei unser Ankunft das Zimmer gecancelt mit fadenscheiniger Ausrede. Kein Ersatz, kein Goody nichts - wir kamen um 22.00 Uhr an und mussten ein neues Hotel suchen

Location to food, ocean, the clean room, and price.

Cons:

We like to sleep with windows and in this case slider door. We like the ocean breeze but could not sleep due to the light. I suggest changing the sheet white curtain to a sheer light block curtain.
