Perfectly located close to experience the Kuromon market, Dotombori area, Namba by foot, yet the place itself is peaceful and quiet. The close by Nippombashi station gets you to all other major places easily by train/subway. The apartments are well kept, equipped with everything we needed, had a very good size by Japan city standards and value for money was extremely good

The room space and location
I like everything
The apartment was very close to the center—just a 5-minute walk and you're right there. It's close to train stations and only a 15-minute walk from the main station (Mamba). The apartment itself was very clean, organized, and spacious. There were 5 of us staying there; it was a little cozy, but completely fine and manageable. The host was incredibly polite and answered all of our questions quickly. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay
The beds were not comfortable at all—they were far too hard. Some people might prefer sleeping on very firm beds, but for me, it was just too hard.
There was also a constant issue with the hot water in the shower. At first, the water is boiling hot, and no matter how much you try to adjust it, it stays scalding. Then, after just a few minutes, it suddenly turns freezing cold. You have to turn off the shower, wait, and then turn it back on only to get boiling water again. On top of that, the water pressure was very weak.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Osaka. Everything was very clean and well maintained. One thing we really appreciated was that it even had an iron, which is something we didn’t find in several other apartments or even some hotels.
The kitchen was equipped with all the basic essentials, including dishes and cookware, making it easy to prepare simple meals. The beds were very comfortable, and having a washing machine was a huge plus. Although there isn’t a dryer, there is a balcony where you can easily hang your clothes to dry.
The apartment is also a good size. Of course, apartments in Japan are generally compact, but compared to many others we’ve seen, this one felt spacious and comfortable. The location offers easy access to transportation and nearby attractions, making it very convenient for exploring Osaka.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Didn't see any refill for the free tea and coffee station but there was a seven eleven round the corner so got coffee from there.
Die Lage war sehr gut. Optimale Anbindung an die Bahn und alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von 30 Minuten. Viele gute Essenlokale in der Nähe.
Auf den Fotos sah es für aus als könnte man den Schlafbereich mit einer Schiebetür abtrennen. Die Tür fehlte jedoch. Das war schade.
