Great location, even better staff
Pros:

The thing that sets this property apart is truly the staff. They are kind, thoughtful, helpful, and they speak excellent in English. They go out of their way to make your stay a special one. Location wise, this property is in Little Japan, amongst small, cute, mostly Japanese restaurants and bars. Beyond that, there are also lots of international choices en Vietnamese places. The location is a little calmer than district one, which to me is a big plus.

Pros:

Nagyon jól feleszerelt, kényelmes és tetszetős szoba. Japán stílusú környék, ami érdekessé teszi a hangulatát a szállásnak. Végtelenül kedves recepciósok ( a férfi és a hölgy is ), lesték minden kérésünket.

Cons:

A szoba ablaka egy falra nézett, ez elég lehangoló tud lenni.... a reggeli választéka kevés, ráadául a kiszolgálók inkább a mobiltelefonjuk nyomkodásával voltak elfoglalva...

Located in a vivbrant neighborhood of restaurants & shops. Quiet, super nice staff, comfortable room
Pros:

good location for us, very nice staff, always got up to open the main door for us, nice clean room, quiet at all times. The room included a 5 gallon water dispenser which we really appreciated as we didn't need to buy bottled water. Breakfast on the top floor was very pleasant and a great way to start the day.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s located in a less touristy area, which actually makes it even more enjoyable and peaceful. The atmosphere feels authentic and relaxed, exactly what I was looking for.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay, especially a lovely woman named Kim who went out of her way to assist with anything I needed.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and include a fully equipped kitchenette, which was very convenient. I really enjoyed both the hotel and the surrounding area. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Chabad House, which was convenient as well.

Highly recommended – I would definitely stay here again!

Mauvais rapport qualité pour une chambre sans vue n'ayant pu être visité avant paiement

Le petit déjeuner était un peu répétitif, l'essentiel étant fixe ( café, légumes...) seul la cuisson des oeufs changeait. ( Omelette, au plat ou brouillé) C'est dommage

Le rapport qualité prix. Je connais très bien l'hotelerie à Saïgon et on est vraiment dans un très mauvais rapport qualité prix, le fait que la fenêtre donne sur un mur, le fait de devoir payer avant de monter dans la chambre le ressenti étant tout sauf agréable quand on a fait un long voyage.

Great place, great location, excellent staff
Pros:

This is our go-to hotel in Saigon. The rooms are comfortable, and having a full hot/cold water dispenser in each is priceless. The breakfast is good, and the view from the roof is beautiful, especially at night. But the staff are best of all. They are always so happy, kind, and helpful. Quynh, Ngan, Nguyen, and Ðat at the front desk will help you with anything you need for an excellent stay. The new Japanese grocery store just around the corner is really good. Pham Viet Cham is a great neighborhood full of fantastic food, close to D1 and walking distance to the zoo.
