Dans l’ensemble, l’établissement possède de nombreux atouts, mais plusieurs détails d’entretien et d’organisation pourra
Pros:

* L’emplacement idéal permet de tout faire à pied.
* La literie est très confortable, notamment grâce au surmatelas.
* La télévision est de belle dimension, offrant un vrai confort de visionnage.
* Le personnel est particulièrement aimable et attentionné.
* Les produits d’accueil Nuxe (shampoing et savon) en distributeur sont très appréciables.
* Le petit-déjeuner propose une grande variété de produits de qualité.
* La boisson détox mise à disposition près de l’ascenseur est une attention agréable et appréciée.

Cons:

Voici une reformulation plus fluide, constructive et adaptée à un avis client :

* La chambre mériterait un rafraîchissement de certains équipements. La cuvette des toilettes et l’abattant étaient rayés, ce qui paraît peu en adéquation avec le standing attendu d’un établissement 4 étoiles.
* Certains éléments, comme le miroir et le robinet, manquent de stabilité et donnent une impression de vétusté.
* Le joint de la baignoire gagnerait à être remplacé.
* La qualité du ménage semble variable selon les équipes : après avoir dîné en chambre, des miettes laissées sur la table et au sol n’avaient pas été nettoyées le lendemain.
* Il est dommage qu’aucun échantillon individuel de produits Nuxe ne soit proposé aux clients.
* Les serviettes ne sont pas systématiquement renouvelées, ce qui peut être regrettable en période de forte chaleur, lorsque plusieurs douches sont prises dans la journée.

Concernant les services de l’hôtel :

* La facturation de l’accès au spa à certaines périodes de l’année peut surprendre, surtout compte tenu des tarifs pratiqués en haute saison.
* Le petit-déjeuner est agréable, mais les grille-pains mériteraient d’être remplacés. Des cloches de protection sur certains plats seraient également appréciables afin d’éviter la présence de mouches.
* La centrifugeuse à fruits et légumes est une bonne idée, mais son niveau sonore est particulièrement élevé surtout si vous déjeunez à proximité.
* L’offre du petit-déjeuner manque parfois de régularité : viennoiseries, fruits frais et autres produits ne sont pas toujours proposés de manière constante d’un jour à l’autre.
* Pour les amateurs d’œufs à la coque, quelques minutes supplémentaires sont souvent nécessaires, l’appareil ne semblant pas très performant.
* Enfin, le système de distribution de la boisson détox mériterait d’être revu : il provoque des écoulements sur la nappe et au sol, avec un dispositif de récupération peu esthétique et peu pratique, soit une écuelle à animaux...

le petit déjeuner est pas mal

Cons:

la baignoire de la chambre n'est pas très blanche car trop vieille un peu gris jaune c'est dommage
La porte de la chambre est griffée et la peinture abimée comme à presque toutes les autres portes- ce n'est pas très classieux
il faisait très chaud et il n'y avait pas d eau offerte pour boire dans la chambre comme dans tous les hôtels de cette classe .
4 euros la petite bouteille du frigo c'est excessif

Issues were presented to a hotel reception and they just apologized for inconvenience. Bad experience
Pros:

Room was not clean with dirt everywhere on the floor. Bathroom has mold on the tiles. Sink and tub have very old faucets and clogged with hair. Generally, old rooms that require renovation.

Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Hôtel très bien situé ! Le mobilier de la chambre pourrait être modernisé et la salle de bain refaite, mais cela reste vraiment très bien !

Big room, comfy beds and pillows, wonderful location with everything just a short walk away.
Pros:

The room was amazing - we had two separate double beds, very comfy, the pillows were very nice and we had a good sleep there both nights.
Great location, with the beach just across - everywhere was a short walk. Overall, very convenient.

Cons:

Can't really fault anything although when it's full or high season, having two elevators might be helpful, but guests can work around it :)

. Il est très bien situé, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la ville et de faire toutes nos visites à pied.

Cons:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, ce qui est un vrai point positif. En revanche, il ne correspond pas aux standards attendus d’un quatre étoiles. À notre arrivée, nous n’avions pas d’eau dans la chambre et nous avons dû rester deux jours dans ces conditions. De plus, les serviettes de bain n’ont pas été changées pendant notre séjour. Il est également regrettable qu’il n’y ait même pas de machine à café Nespresso en chambre, un équipement pourtant souvent attendu dans un établissement de cette catégorie. L’emplacement est appréciable, mais les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel quatre étoiles.

Hospitality at its best!
Pros:

The room was really spacious, with two very comfortable king beds. The location was absolutely amazing with just a minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was really delicious with a very good choice of hot and cold food as well as pastries and cakes.

Cons:

There was nothing that we didn't like. As we only stayed for one night in Biarritz and had a full trip planned out, we didn't get a chance to use the spa, and that was the only thing we didn't like, but we will surely do so when we come back!
