Schöner Aufenthalt in Biarritz
Pros:

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Biarritz. Das Hotel bietet große Zimmer. Das offene einsehbare von der Toilette getrennte Bad war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Im Keller beindet sich ein sprundelndes Bad, das wir täglich genutzt haben. Frühstück ist top. Das Auto konnten wir ebenfalls im Keller parken.

Cons:

Die Toilette hielt baulich mit dem Bad nicht mit. Leider ist die Sauberkeit des Hotels unterirdisch. Unter dem Bett befand sich der Dreck mehrerer Jahre. Wurde nach Reklamation sofort beseitigt.

Cons:

Je suis forte mécontente de cet établissement malgré le bel emplacement et les infrastructures.
Cet hôtel s est servi sur ma carte bancaire 2 jours après mon départ pour un massage qui n avait pas été réglé.
Lors de mon départ, l hôtel a fait une faute en ne me réclamant pas ce montant.
Donc mon expérience a été gâchée par un manquement

Excellent hôtel très bien situé, le personnel saura répondre à vos attentes, le parking de l'hôtel est clairement un immense point positif tant il est difficile de trouver une place de parking à proximité.
Il ne faut pas hésiter a prolonger l'expérience client en utilisant le restaurant de l'hôtel qui j'en suis certain vous offrira des mets savoureux préparés avec soin et des ingrédients de qualité supérieure

Agréable séjour. L’ensemble du personnel était très gentil. Mais pas certain de revenir dans cet hôtel malgré tout.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal.
Parking disponible.

Cons:

1 seul ascenseur pour l’ensemble de l’hôtel. Parfois l’attente était un peu longue.
Nous sommes descendus par les escaliers. Au 6eme étage le palier de l’escalier était encombré. Pas très sécure en cas d’évacuation de l’hôtel.

Sous la douche, l’eau chaude devenait tout d’un coup et pour quelques secondes bouillante.
Dommage de ne pas avoir des petits échantillons Nuxe… pour un 4*

Excellent séjour, tout simplement.
Ce qu'on a adoré:
• Literie : Confortable, on a dormi comme des loirs. Le vrai luxe.
• Propreté : Exemplaire du sol au plafond.
Chambre et espaces communs impeccables.
• Spa privatif : Top ! Moment détente parfait, calme et propre.
• Accueil : Personnel chaleureux et pro du début à la fin. On se sent bien reçu.
• Insonorisation : Impeccable. Calme total, même en ville.
• Petit-déjeuner : Copieux, frais, de quoi tenir jusqu'au soir.
Petit bémol avec le sourire :
Les serveurs étaient un peu agités le matin, mais on met ça sur le compte de la tempête dehors & . Et petit clin d'œil : l'accès surf était interdit ce jour-là 😉
Bref, un hôtel où tout est fait pour que tu te sentes bien.
