When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 20 euro per pet, per (night) applies.
Please note the following terms of access to our Spa area, applicable each year, from June 1 to October 31:
Spa access price: €16 per adult (from 16 years old) and per stay.
Fee for minors under 16 years old is 6 € per stay for the samedi period.
Outside of this period, access to the Spa remains free for all our customers.
Reservations: All reservations for access to the Spa must be made at our reception, by email or by telephone.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

L emplacement ..a 200 m de la grande plage ..super ..le personnel ..très agréable cordial et souriant bravo ! Le petit déjeuner ..complet ...revoir peu être la centrifugeuse 😁la piscine et hammam super ..dommage le sauna était en panne .
La literie parfaite et le ménage est très bien ..de plus très bien insonorisee.. ...
La salle de bain mérite vraiment d être refaite et il existe des points de moisissures au dessus de la porte...il manque qqs prises de courant au niveau des tables de nuit ...
C'est un excellent emplacement sur Biarritz centre.
Il n'y a pas de piscine, mais un bain SPA payant.
Et lors de mon séjour de 4 nuitées, j'ai été piqué un peu plus à chaque nuit de mon séjour. J'ai demandé à changer de literie, mais refusé. J'ai passé un bon séjour sur Biarritz et content d'être parti de l'hôtel.
Отличный отель в центре Биаррица. Номер на троих был очень просторный и удобный. В отеле собственная парковка, очень удобно, но надо делать предварительный заказ. Приветливый персонал, чистота в номерах, хорошо работал кондиционер. Завтрак вполне достаточный, разнообразный.
Стоимость номера великовата, но возможно это в высокий сезон.
Cuisine raffinée avec une entrée artichauts haricots avec pesto vert que je recommande sincèrement. Le suprême de poulet aux morilles est aussi une vraie réussite. Le restaurant est vraiment l'expérience a faire dans l'établissement

Le spa est vieillot et peu accueillant. Sauna hors service et espace d'accueil très bas de gamme.
On vous fait remplir un.questionnaire dans un couloir étriqué de 1m et ou les banquettes font face a la porte de l'unique toilette.
Le personnel est lui agréable.
La literie grand lit double est en fait 2 matelas juxtaposes et il ne possède pas de surmatelas donc vous avez un trou au milieu du lit.

Prachtige kamer met een welkomskaartje, welkomskoekjes en een paar hondenkoekjes. Super attent. Het bed was het beste, zo lekker geslapen!
Het is lastig als je met de auto komt om eerst ergens even te parkeren om in te checken. Maar stond even ergens ilegaal geparkeerd en daarna meteen in de garage

Nuisances sonores de la rue. Isolation phonique insuffisante. Bar/ Night club à proximité. Cris des clients jusqu'à 3 du matin chaque nuit mais aussi on entend parfaitement le bruit des voitures/motos qui passent alors que les fenêtres sont fermées.
Pas de place dans la salle de bains pour poser ses affaires.

Het is vier sterren maar dat was 30 jaar geleden is nu wat verouderd , voorbeeld douchen inbad met douchegordijn ..Kluisje werkte niet.bedden niet zo confortabel

We had our room updated, fabulous bathroom but overall hotel was looking a bit old and tired.

Eher in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück durchschnittlich. Eher eng. Zugang zum Spa Bereich gegen Bezahlung. Spa Bereich ist kleiner, als es auf den Fotos aussieht - aber ok.
