Le confort de la literie, l’emplacement, le personnel. Le restaurant est excellent.

Cons:

Absence de mouchoirs, appareils obsolète, pommeau de douche cassé, vétusté du bâtiment. Ascenseur unique (très long à attendre) obligeant à prendre les escaliers. SPA indigne. Pataugeoire, pas de personnel, porte sauna qui ne ferme pas etc…

Uma funcionária da recepção trocou os passaportes e quase não conseguimos embarcar, por sorte trocou entre os membros da família aí foi fácil localizar.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Biarritz
Pros:

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Biarritz. Das Hotel bietet große Zimmer. Das offene einsehbare von der Toilette getrennte Bad war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Im Keller beindet sich ein sprundelndes Bad, das wir täglich genutzt haben. Frühstück ist top. Das Auto konnten wir ebenfalls im Keller parken.

Cons:

Die Toilette hielt baulich mit dem Bad nicht mit. Leider ist die Sauberkeit des Hotels unterirdisch. Unter dem Bett befand sich der Dreck mehrerer Jahre. Wurde nach Reklamation sofort beseitigt.
