The credit card used to make the reservation will be requested upon arrival. This credit card must match the name of the person staying in the room.

The Nuxe Spa is accessible from 9:00am to 9:00pm.

There is an additional charge of 16 EUR to use the spa, Please contact the reception to book your access.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 20 euro per pet, per (night) applies.

Please note the following terms of access to our Spa area, applicable each year, from June 1 to October 31:

Spa access price: €16 per adult (from 16 years old) and per stay.
Fee for minors under 16 years old is 6 € per stay for the samedi period.

Outside of this period, access to the Spa remains free for all our customers.

Reservations: All reservations for access to the Spa must be made at our reception, by email or by telephone.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Situación, limpieza, parking con enchufe electrico y comodidad

Cons:

Que solo tenga un ascensor es bastante pesado... hace que se pierda mucho tiempo para subir o bajar de la habitación

Schönes Hotel in bester Lage. Das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr gutes Hotel, empfehlenswert
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand Grand Plage. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars sowie Geschäfte in der Nähe.
Obwohl direkt an der Straße kein Lärm. Sehr bequemes großes Bett.
Parkgarage vorhanden, man muss reservieren, kostet 21 € pro Tag.

Cons:

Wir wollten das Fahrrad einstellen, was nur gegen eine Gebühr von 10 € pro Tag möglich wäre. Das Auto kostet bereits 21 € pro Tag, da haben wir uns schon erwartet, dass ein Fahrrad nicht auch noch zu bezahlen ist.

Pros:

L’emplacement était parfait, le personnel était vraiment agréable particulièrement Charlotte qui a été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, qui a pensé à mon anniversaire lors de mon séjour et a été très attentionnée et professionnelle.
Le spa était top, le massage que nous avons eu était un des meilleurs que nous ayons fait.

Cons:

Le manque de modernité dans la chambre pour le prix.. pas de machine à café, pas de prise usb, la moisissure au plafond de la salle de bain également ..

The property appears in filtered searched engines as a hotel with a pool, however it felt like we were misled as it was only available to access for an extra charge. I would have preferred to spend more elsewhere for the amenities and a different location.

Una settimana in riva all'oceano

Hotel con camere molto gradevoli, tutto perfettamente funzionante, buona colazione e servizio impeccabile da parte dello staff, sempre molto gentile. Da segnalare il ristorante, veramente ottimo. Piatti ricercati molto di qualità.

Cons:

Per un hotel che ha nel proprio nome la SPA, mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di molto meglio. Si tratta di una piccola piscina nel piano interrato, con un bagno turco e una sauna (non funzionante quando ci sono stato io). Non sono disponibili tisane o stuzzichini. Non è disponibile idromassaggio, ci sono solo getti poco potenti nella piccola piscina. Insomma, non vale la spesa. E' sicuramente l'aspetto più carente dell'hotel.
