Pros:

Lage, Parkplatz, freundliche und Hilfsbereite, Rezeptionistinnen.

Cons:

Eher in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück durchschnittlich. Eher eng. Zugang zum Spa Bereich gegen Bezahlung. Spa Bereich ist kleiner, als es auf den Fotos aussieht - aber ok.

Cons:

Le samedi fin d’après-midi sauna et hammam tiède (38 degrés pour le sauna au thermomètre). Malgré le signalement à l’hôtesse il n’a pas été chauffé avant la fin de notre créneau.

So many good points but needs investment
Pros:

Just spent two nights in this hotel. Our room was on the 4th floor. I liked the hotel and would stay again if in the area. Travelling as a party of three (with our teenage daughter) can be tricky as so many hotels don't permit three people in a room. We booked this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews and the excellent location. I found the staff friendly and the breakfast comprehensive.

The room was quiet, it was clean and spacious. The 3rd bed was a proper bed and not some fold out sofa contraption. We all found the beds comfortable and the air conditioning sufficient. The bedroom window could be opened and the view was of the internal courtyard.

The flooring in the room and corridors is hardwood effect laminate and very practical considering some guests will be coming in from the beach.

We didn't get to use the spa area as our flight was delayed.

The room had an ambiance of faded splendor. The picture shows the needed refurbishment, particularly in the bathroom and the fixing (mould) in the lampshades.

It could be so much better with the right amount of reinvestment and refurbishment. Still, I wonder what the price would be in that scenario.
