Para um hotel 5⭐️, nao achei o valor caro. Paguei 534€ por 3 noites, com spa e pequeno-almoço incluido! O pequeno-almoço era EXCESSIONAL! Muita variedade, desde frutas, a iogurtes, panquecas, papas de aveia, saladas, salmao, bolos, pão e acompanhamentos…. A localização nao é má. Fica a cerca de 20 minutos a pé da praia, supermercado e do restaurante “meditarraneamente” - muito conhecido em alvor!
A disponibilização do mini bar, televisão com acesso a varios canais e netflix, varanda com vista para o mar, toalhas, roupões para o spa, produtos de higiene (amaciador; shampoo; gel de duche) e o secador sao todos pontos muito positivos ⭐️
A piscina era baixa, e pequena. Por sorte estive hospedada numa altura em que o tempo estava nublado, e talvez por isso nao houvessem tantos hospedes na piscina, contudo o facto de eu conseguir estar de joelhos em toda a piscina não me agradou muito. Inicialmente achei também que 1 hora para o spa era pouco, mas quando me informaram de que havia possibilidade de reservar 2h, desfrutei mais do que o suficiente. Não precisei de mais tempo.
Quando cheguei ao quarto verifiquei que o lixo da casa de banho ainda estava com papeis sujos, dos hospedes anteriores… Além disso, assumo que o chão foi mal lavado, pois junto à secretária onde está a maquina de café, estava uma mancha de café no chão que não era minha, pois nem sequer bebi café no quarto..

Absolutely perfect location and great food and ingredient choice, rooms were clean, services are good. The vision of this hotel is being fully met and we will come back.
Only thing that can be improved is that in midnight around 3 we came back from a wedding and couldn’t get in our hotel because the security guard was not here. We waited 30 minutes until we could get into the hotel midnight. Maybe a system can be createf where you can enter midnight with your hotel key.

The staff don't speak English very well. One small disappointment was that I checked into the hotel on my birthday, and I was hoping for at least a simple "Happy Birthday" from the reception or some small gesture. I've experienced that before at other hotels.
It was very peaceful and luxurious. The breakfast was amazing! Perfect for a complete detox from everyday life. The spa was stunning.
This is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for pure serenity and calm. If you’re looking to have a fun holiday with friends this might not be the place for you.
