Pros:

Wonderful stay at the Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel. Friendly and thoughtful staff throughout the hotel. Calm, fresh, and relaxing atmosphere with very nice areas from the lobby to the spa. The freshness and cleanliness really stand out, which is important at a spa hotel. Great quiet location and an excellent breakfast with everything you could wish for.

Todo perfecto. Tercera vez que nos alojamos en un año, ya está dicho todo. No me canso de volver. Un remanso de tranquilidad. Nada ni nadie molesta. Desayuno muy saludable y spa a tu disposición. Personal muy amable y dispuesto a hacerte la estancia agradable. Para más detalle, se han acordado que es hoy es el cumpleaños de mi mujer y nos han sorprendido de manera muy especial.

Cons:

Für ein 5 Stern Hotel war das Zimmer sehr dürftig ausgestattet. 4 Kleiderhaken, keine Taschentücher im Bad. Kein Bademantel und Slipper wie eigentlich beschrieben. Das Bad hat nur Glaswände wo die Glastür nicht zu bleibt. Keinerlei Privatsphäre wenn man auf der Toilette ist. Der Lüfter funktioniert auch nicht. Das Superior Deluxe Zimmer hat einen Blick auf den Parkplatz und sie haben Zugang zum Spa. Aber nur eine Stunde am Vormittag und eine am Nachmittag. Wenn sie also nur im Innenpool schwimmen möchten müssen Sie einen Termin ausmachen. Das Personal ist auch nicht sehr freundlich.

Alles was even geweldig. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, geweldige kamer en beddden, waanzinnig ontbijt. Super verblijf!!

Amazing place to relax , highly recommend it !
Pros:

Excellent stay in this hotel , staff were attentive and nothing was a trouble for them. Sandra at the reception was very welcoming and helpful. We loved the quietness around everywhere in the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic and the Spa is incredible. We will come back for sure.

O spa, o pequeno almoço e o staff que estava a dar os pequenos almocos.

De ter pedido um quarto com 1 cama de casal e terem dado 1 quarto com duas camas de solteiro juntas.
Fui lavar os dentes e a pia encheu-se, como se estivesse entupida.. é um hotel de 5 estrelas, há coisas que não deviam acontecer, nomeadamente a atenção e trato que dão aos hospedes, nao deveria ser diferenciada e sim unanime, os que salvaram foram os funcionários do pequeno almoco, foram, extremamente prestáveis e simpáticos.
