The food menu at the restaurant, variety is not large and it us pricey.
Yoga room has no window nor mirror. It would have been nice to have a room with natural light.

Lucus & Bruno in the restaurant were fantastic , brilliant at there job ! I shall miss them . The Hammam was perfect in the spa. The room also wonderful and a perfect bed ! I was given a late checkout due to the spa issues and offered a discount for the next stay, but would of preferred a day spa free if charge .

Cons:

I was at this hotel 2 years ago , all the classes where included and now are charged . There was also a lady that did cards crystals etc . She was amazing . The spa was cold , the relaxation shower was freezing . Last time it was so warm . When i complained the girl in the spa said it was always like that until she was told i had been before ! The next day the spa was warmer and i was told other people had complained , it still wasnt as warm as before and the relaxation shower was still freezing . So there is NO hot shower in the spa unless you go into the Hammam steam room . Ridiculous.

Localização, sossego, SPA e pequeno-almoço, apesar de se terem esquecido do pedido.

Cons:

Do facto da piscina exterior estar encerrada, foi-nos explicado que tinha caído um vidro para a dentro da piscina devido ao mau tempo e que faltava vistoria.
Consideramos que tendo em conta as amplas áreas disponíveis existe aproveitamento deficitário: piscina exterior diminuta, poucas espreguiçadeiras, não existe zona de bar com cadeirão/sofá para conversar e beber um café, chá ou bebida, a zona do lounge é em frente à entrada e receção do hotel que também é zona de passagem. Tratando-se de um hotel de 5 * devia disponibilizar mais serviços, complementares aos tratamentos, massagens.

Pros:

Hotel muito bom com um excelente SPA.
Quarto confortável e qualidade geral acima da média.
Colaboradores simpáticos.
Vista muito bonita do último piso.

Cons:

Acesso um pouco confuso e a saída dos carros pelas traseiras demasiado irregular, o meu carro bateu por baixo no desnível acentuado e traiçoeiro entre o hotel e a estrada.
