After years of good experiences, one might ruin it all.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. We have stayed here numerous times and love the breakfast buffet as well.

Cons:

Upon arrival I was given a standard two queen bed room when I booked a suite to accommodate my family size. When I went back to the desk to resolve this issue I was informed there was no suites left. The front desk attendant admitted to moving my room type (which was a cheaper room that I was expected to pay suite price for) because only two people showed on the reservation (I had booked for 6 people, I don’t know why they weren’t showing up). When trying to come up with a solution she wasn’t helpful at all and was quite rude. I was told to reach out to booking and have them contact the hotel to resolve the issue after having to book a second room that was connecting to accommodate my party. The king room I had to book had a broken curtain that wouldn’t close all the way with a light shining through it all night. There was tape on the wall and one of the lights in the connected queen room didn’t work. During breakfast, while my kids were getting ready my husband and I brought breakfast back to the room since we had a large party. Instead of explaining this was not allowed the same front desk attendant had given us dirty looks and made snide comments. Overall I was very disappointed in my stay this time which is unfortunate as we have stayed here for years. My kids had even commented that this was their “home away from home” as we were pulling in.

I would never stay there again - too many problems.
Pros:

Good price and location. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was a little better than expected.

Cons:

Miserable bed - very hard and uncomfortable. Several things wrong with the room- bedside light didn’t work, shower controls worked very poorly. Very loud. Shampoo/conditioner brackets were flimsy with shampoo spilled on floor when we walked in. TERRIBLE internet.

My stay was fine. The breakfast was fine. I spent most of my time at the hospital.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The facility was clean. The room was very quite. No noise could be heard at all. The Inn was very close to restaurants and gas stations. It was only minutes from the hospital, which was why we had come to Lexington.

Cons:

The sheer Valance on the window was torn. There was no way to open the shade. The had no lip to prevent water running onto the floor and the shower was slippery. I stepped out of the shower and slipped, but I caught myself. The hand held shower head didn't work and wall shower head poured water out the back of it, making the water pressure very weak. The wall decoration behind the bed was torn and pulling away from the wall. It had been mended by wide, blue painter's tape. The base board was warped.

Pros:

Close to Interstate 85. Close to Lexington Hospital. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Free small breakfast. Employees are super nice & helpful.

Cons:

Coffee, machine type but not Kuerig .
