A devalued 'Boutique Hotel' that has lost most of his 'Grandeur'....
Pros:

The concept of a 'Boutique Hotel' has been seriously devalued in recent years.
Unfortunately, the same applies to this hotel. Once a gem in Halong, I suppose, it has now become a very mediocre and run-down hotel. It started for me with a very unpleasant Check In...and throughout my 6 nights stay I found the other services to be mediocre incl the breakfast.
The only highlight for me were the charming housekeepers that cleanded my room daily.

Cons:

The most appalling aspect of this 'Boutique Hotel' is that they let their, Chinese, guest smoke in their rooms. Once you step out of the elevator it smells like you enter a bar full of cigarette smoke.

2 bạn nữ nhân viên lễ tân đáng yêu thiệt sự, rất thật thà và nhiệt tình tư vấn nhiều nơi ăn uống địa phương độc đáo mà ít khách du lịch biết. 2 bạn cũng bày cách cho tụi mình đi chơi vịnh Hạ Long sao cho tiết kiệm tối đa nhưng vẫn đạt được trải nghiệm tối ưu. quá là dễ thương luôn. phòng ốc ở đây thì sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, đủ đồ dùng cơ bản.

The two female receptionists are really lovely, very honest and enthusiastic in advising on many unique local places to eat that few tourists know about. They also showed us how to travel to Ha Long Bay to save the most money but still get the best experience. They are so cute. The rooms here are clean, tidy, and have enough basic amenities.
