Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

The property is only about 15 minutes away from the old town. We were able to check in early. The pool is small but lovely. Unfortunately, the pool was full of numerous young children most of the time so we weren’t able to use it as much as we wanted. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you were travelling with small children.

Cons:

The room was not very clean. Stained bedsheets and obviously dirty AC unit. I asked for the room to be cleaned the following day. I came back to the property to change my shoes to find the two cleaners sitting on our bed scrolling on their phones. I thought this was a once off but the following day they were both huddled around my bedside locker, one on the bed and the other on the floor watching videos on their phones. The receptionist was also very pushy with tours etc. we trusted her recommendations and went to the tailor she recommended. It was a complete scam and after hours we eventually got some of our money back.

Exceptional Hospitality in a Peaceful Riverside Setting
Pros:

Threeway Riverside Villa was one of the most pleasant stays of our time in Hoi An.
The property offers a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds while remaining conveniently close to everything that makes Hoi An so special. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and the riverside setting created a wonderful sense of calm throughout our stay.
What truly made the experience stand out, however, was the exceptional hospitality of Miss Ngan and Miss Tram. They were always attentive, responsive, and willing to assist with a smile, making every interaction effortless and welcoming.
It is often the people who define a stay, and Miss Ngan and Miss Tram are a perfect example of this.
We are very grateful for their kindness and would happily recommend Threeway Riverside Villa to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Buena relación calidad-precio a un paso del centro
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, dispuesto a ayudarte en todo (alquiler de moto, traslados, tours, recomendaciones de todo tipo). El desayuno abundante y sabroso. Habitación amplia y ubicación buena. Limpieza adecuada.

Cons:

Tal vez las instalaciones están un poco descuidadas y deberían renovarlas (puertas, mobiliario, lámparas)
