Mooi hotel met zwembad en heel hartelijk personeel
Pros:

The hotel is nicely situated, at walking distance from the center. They offer a nice breakfast a la carte.

Hoi an - Great stay!
Pros:

Very clean property with an amazing staff, the 2 ladies from the reception were supportive and provided good advice for our visit.
Location is perfect
Breakfast was nice
Clean swimming pool
Definitely recommended !

Cons:

Slight improvement, softer towels can be a plus.

こじんまりした可愛いホテル
Pros:

川に面している景色がとても穏やかで素敵でした。エレベーターはありませんでしたが階段はそんなに苦ではありませんでした。こじんまりしていて可愛いホテルでした。旧市街までも徒歩圏内ですし、（ただ、夏の暑い日はレンタルサイクルを借りる方が良いかもしれません。）スタッフの人々が丁寧に色々教えてくださり、急なココナッツボートに乗りたいというお願いにも送迎付きで手配してくださり、その後アンバンビーチまで行きたいとの無理なお願いも手配して下さいました。バルコニー風に写っていた写真は廊下で、そこに椅子がいくつかあり、受付で買えるよく冷えたビールを飲みながら川を眺めることができます。

Cons:

格安の部屋をおさえたので仕方ないですが、窓らしい窓は川に面している入り口の大きなガラス扉だけでした。幸いにもあまり変な人が両隣にいなかったので覗かれたりすることはなかったのでカーテンを開けて川を眺めながらスコールが降っている間ゆっくり過ごすことができました。

I had a peaceful stay!
Pros:

The property is overlooking the river, in a quiet part of Hoi An, but still a walking distance from the old town. It was perfect if you prefer a peaceful sleep over a lively street.

The room was clean, spacious, and they gave us the room with a bathtub as we requested. The hotel doesn’t have a lift but they carried our luggages for us up to the 3rd floor. Thank you!

The staff are so friendly, approachable, and did everything for us even booking our tours to reduce the hassle. They picked us up and sent us back to Danang for a reasonable price for the whole car.

Cons:

I didn’t mind it but the hotel only offers breakfast which means that you have to walk around to get to a restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Il y avait une fenetre qui ne comportait pas de rideau, et qui la 1ere nuit nous a un peu embété pour dormir car trop de lumiere. Mais on a demandé à l'accueil si on pouvait l'occulter, et cela a été très bien

La ubicación, un hotel muy céntrico pero a la vez tranquilo para poder descansar y disfrutar de la piscina.
Asimismo, tenemos que destacar los desayunos riquísimos y lo encantador que es el personal.
