Pros:

Spectacular views, very clean and modern equipment. All the stuff you need.

It can get a bit noisy, if there's a carnivale, but thats culture

Location is top with full sea view on the spacious terrace.

Cons:

Sober interior for the basic needs, and the bed and sofa were not very comfortable and bedlinnen and blankets not suitable for the chilly winter period.

1) good location 2) no problem with parking 3) ocean/los gigantes views from the balcony

Cons:

1) odor in the bathroom coming out of the plumbing makes the apartment smelly 2) bed is two singles put together that are drifting apart when you try to sleep in the middle, those beds seem also to be baby beds as they are max 1.70m long - rather uncomfortable 3) no water pressure under the shower

Tolle Aussicht, großes Bett und viel Platz.
Internet super.

Cons:

2 grosse TVs. Leider gab es keine Sender.
Wie haben kein Netflix, etc. und wollten mal deutsche Nachrichten schauen. Ging nicht.
Irgendwie habe ich es nicht hinbekommen.

Cons:

Do not stay here. Severe sewage issues! Health hazard! I became sick and had a head ache that took multiple days to go away. Please read the other comments talking about the water pressure. The property management attempted to “fix” the issue with laundry detergent (obviously not a fix).
I left half way through my second day. I volunteered to pay for two full days. My 3 Kings holiday was interrupted. I thought I was going to have to sleep in my car… my clothes that I put through their laundry machine ended up getting completely ruined because there was just a weird scent going through those water pipes. Lastly, the landlord ended up sending me paragraph after paragraph trying to tell me how it’s an act of god and it’s not their fault and they shouldn’t have to refund me… AFTER I insisted Bookings.com enforce the refund remedy (I over paid and got my items damaged… I was way more than fair). So essentially I was get pummeled and stressed with excessive WhatsApp messages from this host after my reservations was already closed out.

Do NOT stay here!!! I literally got sick.

Good stay
Pros:

Nice view. Spacy terrace and living room. In general clean apartment. The bed was okay (I enjoy harder mattresses).

Cons:

There were small ants in the kitchen all the time, it was impossible to get rid of them, we had to hide the food away. The WiFi worked only on TV but it was not possible to connect using the QR code and given password. A hotel is being built nearby, which slightly spoils the view of the cliffs due to the cranes. No cutting board. Even though I enjoyed my stay there.

Bell'appartamento con grande balcone, vista stupenda. Peccato alcune mancanze elencate nei commenti.
Pros:

Grande appartamento, spazioso, luminoso, orientato a ovest, piacevole vista del tramonto dal balcone. Abbastanza silenzioso, nonostante la strada molto frequentata davanti all'abitazione e numerosi appartamenti presenti. Letto comodo, bagno in ordine, arredamento moderno, spazioso balcone soleggiato, stupenda vista sull'oceano. Presente una piscina sul tetto.

Cons:

C'è una rampa di scale prima di arrivare all'ascensore: da tenere conto se si hanno problemi di mobilità e bagaglio pesante da trasportare. Nell'appartamento non ci sono prodotti di pulizia, prodotti da bagno, nonostante siano previsti nell'elenco delle dotazioni: il proprietario deve informare che bisogna portare con sé sapone, gel doccia e shampoo. Ci sono forti odori in bagno. La pulizia non era ottimale: tracce sul piano cucina e in bagno, forno sporco.
