The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Every request was handled professionally and with a positive attitude.
A special thank you to **Courtney at reception**, who kindly arranged to store my two large luggage bags while I continued my motorcycle trip. This was a huge help and made my travel arrangements so much easier. When I returned, my luggage was safely stored and ready for collection.
It's the little things like this that make a stay memorable. Great customer service, friendly people and a genuine willingness to go the extra mile.

They were so accommodating to my situation and let me check in early! I was having the worst morning and was on a time crunch for a friends wedding and they really helped me out and were sooo kind doing so. Everything was clean even if it’s not the most up to date location I think it was perfect
They breakfast people were rude. started putting food away 30 minutes early and didn’t even have coffee 240$ a night should get you at least a coffee.

Well, sadly I probably won't recommended as the a/c was a super big issue. My daughters and me where so annoy as the room had a licking situation throughout the ac unit as the water was dripping and making noises at 3am and I was planning to stay another day but due to this was too early to consider changing a room so we decided to check even earlier because of the issue make us so tired the following morning we even almost miss the breakfast. Best thing is to check rooms vents before putting any guess there and if there is a specific ridding in the ac unit should have a sticker as setting it at specific temperature.

It was a huge room with a balcony
For having so much space. They should have a bigger refrigerator better lighting and offer better cable and tv. Outdated TV with cable that only had sound on some channels. There is no elevator all the stairs going everywhere kinda sucked. Worst of all I only stayed here because they had a soaker tub and good breakfast the tub ended up not working properly or stay full or hot. The breakfast was a joke I woke up to get coffee and check it all out the staff wasn’t very helpful and when I got my coffee and a muffin they needed my room ticket I gladly gave it to them went to my room. I came down after 30 minutes for coffee and the staff tells me I already ate breakfast. I’ve been to many places and breakfast is always all you can eat and take it to your room this place isn’t that courteous.

Breakfast could be more different but it was delicious. For everybody there was something to find
Good breakfast, and enjoyed the Hot Tub...but not the hours of operation for it. Should be 9am to 10pm
