We were given a room upstairs and the have no elevator. We asked if there were any available rooms down stairs since both of us have knee issues. She told us sorry all the suites are upstairs. After dealing with this for 1 night is was too much. So I called downstairs and asked for a room down stairs. At this point we had enough. We didn’t care if we were going to be out money for the room. She gave as a different suite downstairs.
Everything except the use of the pool.
Im not sure what you could have done about this but there was a child's birthday party there and they took over the pool and Jacuzzi. We were looking forward to taking a dip in the pool after a long day in the hot sun, and later at night the Jacuzzi. We were unable to find a comfortable place due to the amount of children from the birthday party. We looked on 2 occasions between 3pm and 9pm. During the second time we looked, there was another couple there having the same disappointment. Maybe when there is a party like that, limit their pool time and give them a room like the dining room where they can play games. Then put a sign on the pool gate informing other guests of the party and what time the pool will be available for general guests and closed for the party.

Nothing.. I couldn't sleep and had to cut my trip short because of the loud air conditioning and loud noises ALL NIGHT LONG..... i would like a refund because I didnt stay all the days...
The air-conditioning unit was si loud that every time it turned on it made me wake up, there was also a loud valve or water hammer that happened once an hour. Because of this I left after only one night. I didnt get any sleep and was willing to loose the remaining mont I spent to end my trip visiting my dad early. I will never use your service or that hotel again.

Our phone didn’t work & management see to ignore the inquiry. The AC is locked at a certain temperature; too warm for me to sleep.

I liked everything at this Hotel & Suites. Would highly recommend this to anyone. Great staff, great breakfast. Beautiful rooms, nice outside patio, pool & hot tub. 😊

Visiting family, the room served its purpose. The beds were comfortable and the hotel clean. Breakfast was nice to wake up to each morning -- the omelets in particular were yummy. We were upgraded to a king suite.
The pillows were terrible. They were very small and poor quality.
My room looked over the parking lot. It was on the second floor, and I could see my car the whole time.
It had a coffee maker in it and it was very quiet
Recently remodeled. Good breakfast!
