El hotel y la vista
Un día no realizaron el aseo correctamente en el área de la regadera
La atención, las instalaciones y el jacuzzi junto a la alberca con agua caliente.
La alberca, el agua estaba muy fría.
El diseño del hotel, aunado a su alberca y la espacio de hidromasaje
Nada negativo.
La ubicación, muy buena.
La terraza para el desayuno muy linda vista.
Sin aire acondicionado, no funcionaba.
Limpieza regular
The place was very nice and clean, but the best thing about that hotel was the staff, every single staff member was super, very helpful with my many questions and requests. They where friendly and always had a smile on their faces.
The thing, I disliked was inevitable and mostly because I wasn't used to it; and that was the roosters, who do their thing pretty much all day and the dogs, who bark loudly at night. I swear every house in Tepoztlan has chickens and there are too many street dogs. There was a neighbour who liked playing his music loud, but that typically was only for a few hours.

Fuimos cerca de día de muertos y tenían muy bonito decorado el hotel.
Gran punto el estacionamiento, y e 3 min del centro.
Habitacion Bastante limpia salvo el lavabo.
A mejorar: Urgente limpiar lavabos y regaderas a profundidad, o cambiarlos.
Tiren esos tapetes de baño plásticos.
Otra: Con dos pesos arreglan su terraza para que este más bonita para el desayuno, tapar lo feo, poner plantas.

El lugar es bonito y limpio, las personas que atienden educadas y muy cortes, solo no tienen área de bar oh de restaurant, de allí en fuera todo bien
