Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber, das Frühstück außerordentlich gut.

Für einen Kurztrip in Iserlohn sehr nett
Pros:

Die Nähe zur City war super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben auch von zwei Zimmern auf eins umgebucht, was super geklappt hat.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr verwohnt und haben unbedingt eine Renovierung nötig. Die Duschen sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß, ein viel zu hoher Einstieg. Von außen sieht es nach mehr aus, als es wirklich ist.

Enttäuscht, gemütlich geht anders!!

Cons:

Als wir ins Zimmer kamen sahen wir eine verstaubt schmutzige Gardine, die halb aus der Führungsschiene nach unten hing und zusätzlich an verschiedenen Stellen nicht in die Schiene eingehakt war (hohe Decke). Nachdem 2 Tage lang nichts passierte, sprachen wir die Hoteldirektorin persönlich an, die uns schnelle Beseitigung der Mängel versprach.
Aber bei dem Versprechen blieb es leider. Bis zu unserer Abreise nochmal 2 Tage später war der Mangel nicht beseitigt und die Hoteldirektorin oder auch jemand anderes hat sich nicht mehr bei uns gemeldet.
Zudem spritzte der Duschschlauch in alle Richtungen, da er defekt war.
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passte nicht.

Erfüllt seinen Zweck
Pros:

Die Hausbar hat 24 Stunden geöffnet.
Die Entfernung zur Eishalle ist fußläufig gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
