A place for young people That have more energy and know how to use app, for locating themselves.

The building. The restaurant. The decoration. The names chosen for the apartments. the lobby with comfortable sofa, for reading.

Cons:

The hotel does not have an elevator, which made carrying two suitcases up the stairs quite difficult. We were traveling by car, and the lack of parking was a significant inconvenience, especially since it was raining during our stay.

The information provided about “public parking spaces around the hotel” was somewhat misleading. In our experience, these spaces were consistently unavailable. It would be helpful if the hotel clarified this in advance so guests can plan accordingly.

Additionally, the location would benefit from more detailed directions. The surrounding narrow streets can be confusing, and we got lost more than once trying to find the property.

Não gostei das horas de checkin (muito tardias 16h) nem do checkout (muito prematuro 11h)
Não gostei de ter de pedir ovos mexidos ao pequeno almoço pois não estavam disponíveis na banca dos víveres
Não gostei da cara de enfado da mulher que atendia ao pequeno-almoço qd se lhe pediu um galão que não existia disponivel
Achei que (à excepção do que mencionei no ponto anterior) o pessoal se esforçava pelo menos por parecer simpático

Conforto, atenção e cuidado.
Pros:

Quarto confortável, atendimento impecável da parte do restaurante, não conseguimos reserva para jantar e estava chovendo muito e estávamos com um bebê de 4 meses, mesmo assim o rapaz e a rapariga em que estavam na sala, aceitou fazer um pedido para nós comermos no quarto, falou que não fazia entrega no quarto mais por fim ela me ajudou a levar com toda prontidão. No pequeno mais uma vez im gesto de generosidade com o atendimento e acolhimento a nossa família. E sem falar no melhor iogurte e bolo de chocolate que já comi. Obrigado vocês São incríveis.

Pros:

Beautiful rooms and pool. Lovely location. Everything was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was nice and the evening restaurant was fabulous.

Cons:

There's no reception, so no one to ask questions to or make simple requests about the room easily. It wasn't really a big issue but not 100% ideal. We would stay here again though.
