Overnight stay before ferry
Pros:

Lovely friendly hotel, excellent staff and gorgeous food. Really well located for the ferry and DDay beaches. Secure private parking, comfortable room.

Pros:

Really convenient location 15 minutes from Ouistreham in a lovely village. Room was comfortable with great facilities. Staff were efficient, friendly and really helpful. Food was absolutely excellent. Plenty of parking next to the room

Great stopover if using the ferry
Pros:

Very convenient for the ferry, easy walk to Pegasus bridge. Room was small but spotless and a great shower. Mixed experience with dinner, some lovely food but the steak was tough to eat, lovely atmosphere in the dining room.

Cons:

Please change the bedside tables! The ridged top is impossible to use for a water glass. And buy some new steak knives because they don’t cut!

Essen im Restaurant und Service an der Rezeption sind Oberklasse.

Cons:

Ich wurde um 14 Euro betrogen. Eigentlich lächerlich. Aber, es geht immer ums Prinzip, das Geld interessiert mich nicht. Nerviger Schriftverkehr, haltlos und widersprüchlich wurde mir eine Erstattung zugesichert. In 2026 einen Scheck mit der Post zu versprechen, naja. Geht mittletweile mit PayPal in Echtzeit. Scheck kam nie an. Ich war gene dirt, jetzt bin ich traurig. Behaltet das Geld und geht damit mal fruehstuecken. Trockenes Spiegelei, billige Croissants und lauwarmer Kaffee, wie bei euch. Geniesst es!!

Very impressed with the hotel and the location; we had a great stay and would definitely return.
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and calm, in a beautiful position in the village. Had a mix of rooms in the main building and separate buildings, parking was good. The hotel gave us rooms next to each other in a quiet part so our dogs weren’t barking. Breakfasts were excellent.

Cons:

We never found the lounge for sitting and couldn’t get logged into the WiFi with our iPhones, needed to change a setting but never found out which setting, which was our issue not theirs.
