sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Der Check in verlief dank guter Organisation per e-mail sehr gut und die Eingangs- und Zimmercodes konnten gut eingegeben werden. An der Eingangstür sollte man allerdings die Handytaschenlampe einschalten, da die Zahlen sonst schwer sichbar sind. Da es im ersten Zimmer Probleme mit der WC Spülung gab, haben wir durch einen Anruf direkt ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Sehr freundlicher Service.
Unser Zimmer war schön ruhig, wir haben sehr gut auf sehr bequemen Matratzen geschlafen.
Zimmer und Bad war sauber, alles ok.

Cons:

Uns fehlte ein Wasserkocher, der ja eigentlich Standard in jedem Hotel ist.

Cons:

Es lag wahrscheinlich an meiner Buchung nach Mitternacht für den gleichen Tag. Aber das Zimmer war nicht gereinigt worden, d.h. von den Gästen vorher noch alles vorgefunden.

Estancia maravillosa
Pros:

Las instalaciones estaban súper limpias y eran comodisimas. Estuvimos un fin de semana y nos encantó. Repetiriamos sin pensarlo, además, estaba muy cerca de todo.

Cons:

Ich hatte von Freitag bis Sonntag gebucht und hatte dann noch den Donnerstag gebucht . Mir wurden 2 Zimmer gegeben. Ich sollte den Freitag morgen auschecken um den Freitag Mittag in den anderen Zimmer einzuchecken . Auf so Frage ob ich nicht in dem Zimmer bleiben kann oder ob meine Sachen einfach ins andere Zimmer geräumt werden können wurde mir sehr unfreundlich mitgeteilt dass das nicht ginge und ich bitte das Zimmer räumen soll. Es wurde dann nochmal um 10 Uhr geschrieben ob das Zimmer jetzt geräumt sei sonst würden sie mir das Zimmer berechnen . Ich hatte die Situation erklärt, dass ein Familien Mitglied eine schwierige Op hat. Es wurde mir gar nicht entgegen gekommen . Ich war sehr enttäuscht . Zudem ist es nicht sauber . Und wirklich die Zimmer nicht komfortabel

Cons:

Zugang zum Hotel kompliziert, da Infolink nicht funktioniert hat. Brauchte telefonische Unterstützung.
Beleuchtung im Bad (Waschnische) defekt.
Kleiderschrank hatte klemmende nicht korrekt befestigte Tür.
