האוכל, אמנם יש מבחר אבל הרוב לא היה טעים, היה סביר.
ארוחת בוקר אין חביתות במקום. אמרו לנו שיכינו לא ואחרי זה לא הסכימו להוציא, ולשלוחנות אחרים הוציאו חביתות מיוחדות.

היה טוב, כנראה שלא נחזור

המיקום מהמם וגם המלון מושקע ויפה, האוכל היה מצויין והיה מבחר מדהים בארוחות
הגישה לכנרת מאוד נוחה ופינות הישיבה בחוץ מפנקות

Cons:

ביקשנו מים בערב השני שלנו (בעיניי בסיסי) ואמרו לנו שלא מספקים מים מעבר לבקבוק מים שקיבלנו בקבלת פנים. יותר מזה, אמרו לנו שאם אנחנו רוצים מים אנחנו צריכים לרדת לחדר כושר למלא.
זה ממש אכזב אותנו וציפינו מינימום לקבל במבוק מים כשמשלמים 1700₪ ללילה
הבריכה גם הייתה מפוצצת עד 0 מקום.
