Started off really disappointed but was upgraded so much better in the end. Food was amazing

On the positive when I talked to reception about my disappointment in the room they upgrade us to more suitable room.
The food was amazing

Cons:

Paid $500 per night including breakfast so my expectation was high. No smart t.v so couldn’t use Netflix or Apple TV which was disappointing considering it was sold as a 5 star
Bathroom was very dated and tiles cracked. View was a brick wall. After talking to reception we were upgraded to a much better room

Great location, excellent eating choices within hotel and convenient car park access
Pros:

Great location across from Albert Park, close proximity to city, St. Kilda, Prahran and other popular spots, very accessible car park

Cons:

Room often wasn't made until after 3pm, frustrating when returning from work commitments and getting charged for mini bar items I didn't use

I put out my tab for the room to be cleaned but it wasnt. All good though I just rang for some toilet paper.

It was an amazing stay, we have already said that we would love to book again

It was clean, open, large rooms, easy to navigate

Cons:

The pillows were hard and it was a bit complicated for us to navigate the transport into the city
