The food in the Windows Restaurant, Expensive but very enjoyable
No where on the bboing site does it mention that Car Parking was an extra cost. Very Poor communication. Unfortunately because I opted for a "no refund" cancellation I was not in a position to cancel once I was informed about the extra charge for parking on site.
Great location
Couldn’t check in until 2.30pm made it difficult after a tiring trip. Found it difficult to regulate air-conditioning and hot water
I liked the location and facilities such as pull and breakfast buffet
I liked that the staff made a great little dessert plate for my twins birthday. They felt so special! So thank you!
Our phones and aircon weren’t working- we called reception through our phones to call reception and advised them. They send they’d send someone and no one arrived. We also went downstairs when needed assistance advised again and they said they’d send someone, but again no one came.

The room was a mess. The carpets are disgustingly dirty, furniture bashed & chipped, windows dirty.
Failed to clean up room twice in outer 3 days no clean towels despite asking.
The staff were so friendly and any issues were sorted out there and then. Brilliant advice re plans for the days.
