Pros:

What was meant to be a one week stay turned into nine days when a typhoon prevented me from flying home but honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to be stuck. The staff were incredibly accommodating, helping us extend our stay on short notice without any hassle. The location is also a huge plus, everything you need is within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, train stations, Dotonbori, and Shinsaibashi shopping street. The room itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly. Frederick was very welcoming. We paid for the premium Sake tasting experience and he made some great selections for us.
The room was very comfortable with cooking facilities and a washing machine. We would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Although its not too far from the train station its a bit of a trek with heavy luggage.

Cozy stay at Nico Hotel
Pros:

A really enjoyable stay at Nico Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with all the basics — towels, toiletries, a heater, a nice bathtub, and even plates, cups and cutlery, which came in really handy.

The location is great, with Dotonbori just a short walk away alongside local ramen spots, barbecue, bubble tea cafes, and a lovely little park with sakura trees. If you're looking to unwind, there are also a few salons and massage places nearby. The train station is within easy walking distance too, so getting around the rest of Osaka is pretty hassle-free.

The staff were friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience feel very welcoming. The sake bar is a nice spot to relax in the evenings — good drinks at reasonable prices and a genuinely warm atmosphere.

Would definitely recommend for a comfortable and well-located stay in Osaka.

Overall, overlooking the slight inconvenience of walking a little more for some places, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Great accommodation but apartments rather than hotel which is better.
Pros:

Quite spacious for Japan. Clean quiet, comfortable bed, good shower/ tub bath, washing m/c. Little kitchen but enough for warming stuff up. 10 mins from main trains, Subways and main attractions. 7/11,lawsons, family mart 2 mins away. 8 mins from yamato luggage delivery.

Cons:

Nothing except couldn't get luggage delivered there. However yamoto delivery place 8 mins away.

but there were three adults and the bed was too soft. The third bed was a bit small for my partner, and I wish the room had been a bit larger for three people. They charged 4,000( japanese yen) for early check-in, even though we only asked to drop off our luggage.
