Great location in the Condensa neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and cafes. The apartment is very well furnished and has a full kitchen, washer/dryer and is very spacious. There is a security guard and gate which makes it feel very safe. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

We had a spacious unit here - it was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The immediate area is very safe with lots of dining options within walking distance. The team there is exceptional. Don’t forget to check with the hostess on any requests - she was able to arrange a day excursion for us on short notice. Overall, would definitely recommend.

My family of four absolutely loved our stay at FridaBSbV. The apartment is wonderful. The front door/concierge staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning service left the room sparkling. The location is perfect. This is a terrific option, don't pass it up.

Great quiet location, safe area, plenty of Uber's close. Great staff. It's a small property with only 5 rooms each on their own floor.

The staff are incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. The 2nd floor suite was exactly what I needed -- so much so I extended my stay. I would book this property again as well as look at other Viadora properties.

We met friends and shared a 2-bedroom suite for a long weekend excursion to Mexico City. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Jorge at the desk was very helpful and the neighborhood was great . . . quiet on our street, but very near restaurants and cafes and, with a bit longer walk, reasonably close to the beautiful Chapultepec park with museums and greenery. Very comfortable and a perfect base from which to explore CDMX.

I rated the property disappointing merely for the fact that a) they overcharged me when converting from USD to MXN and b) when I told them as soon as I was charged, they continuously said they would get back to me for the 8 days that we were there. In the end, nothing was resolved and they charged me more than what I reserved the place for.
Outside of the overcharge, terrible communication and lack of resolution, the apartment was beautiful. Neighborhood was great and would recommend. I would strongly suggest double checking their conversion prior to charging or pre-pay with whatever vendor you used to reserve (e.g., Expedia, hotels, etc.).

This apartment was clean, quiet safe and comfortable. All the staff was very friendly, and helpful. The front desk helped us book a couple of tours. The area around you have many options to walk and get coffee or food. Would definitely recommend.
