We faced an electrical problem that allow us to check in around 5pm. The staff wasn’t really helping and not really professional. Location isn’t really good either.
Das Bild vom Hotel wurde definitiv bearbeitet. So sieht es in der Realität nicht aus. Zu Fuß ist es eine Herausforderung, da die Gassen sehr eng sind. Die Betten waren bequem.
Am Abreisetag gab es einen Feueralarm und Stromausfall. Leider haben wir in der Hektik eine Sportuhr auf dem Zimmer liegen lassen. Wir haben im Hotel angerufen und mehrfach Mails geschrieben, ohne Reaktion. Sehr schade.
The location is great, the staff is really nice. Check in is almost 24 hours a day. So you can book last minute at night and show up near midnight and still check in. The hotelrooms are very clean and nice. 7 eleven a short 3 minute walk. And an even bigger one a bit further as well.
They knew of a scheduled power outtage in the whole neighbourhood but did not mention it to the guests of the hotel. Instead we rushed outside due to a fire alarm going off. Their breakfast is not good value. They have a breakfast menu. But they have a seperate breakfast menu with two options that are not good at all.
The location was great with small street vendors plentiful. 7/11 s around every corner and the locals were friendly enough.
There was a lift, thank goodness. The bathroom was big enough.
No one helped us with our suitcases upon arrival and English was limited.
The decor of the room was non existent.

They stole 1000 baht out of a 2000 baht deposit. Staff were rude and lazy. Ignored customers. Location was poor. No bars or restaurants nearby.
Booking.com cancelled one of our reservations just hours before arrival—well into the check-in window—despite us booking three months in advance. We only found out upon arrival, where we witnessed several other guests facing the exact same issue.
The worst part was the unreachable customer service and their refusal to compensate us properly. They offered a meager €25 for leaving us to sleep on the floor for a night, effectively ruining our group holiday since we were forced to move to a different hotel. They didn't even offer help finding alternative accommodation, claiming they would compensate us afterward, only to later refuse because it was NYE. Since our arrival was after midnight, it was impossible to book a new place for that date.
A customer service representative promised to cover one of our upcoming nights, but the company later reneged on that promise. We spent approximately €60 on international calls and received only €25 in return—not to mention the hours wasted explaining the situation to five different agents. I previously had good experiences with Booking, but it's clear that customers no longer matter to them.
I asked the agent: Which department can I contact to request the records of our phone calls? These recordings would prove they promised full compensation before backpedaling. They replied it is not possible.
Save yourself the stress: book directly through the hotel or use another provider.

Als aller erstes habe ich das beste Zimmer im Haus gebucht nach gefühlt 24 Stunden reise von Deutschland nach China nach Thailand bis ins tiefste Bangkok habe ich mich endlich gefreut mein gebuchtes Hotel Zimmer zusehen und endlich mal anzukommen leider wurde meine Freude komplett zerstört…Normalerweise bekommt man immer ein Upgrade aber zum ersten Mal bekomme ich ein downgrade im Hotel weil ein Gast den Zimmer noch eine Nacht länger bleiben wollte obwohl ich Men Zimmer vor 3-4 Monate reserviert habe.. also ehrlich abschaum
