Very dissatisfied.
Pros:

Nothing really

Cons:

They stole 1000 baht out of a 2000 baht deposit. Staff were rude and lazy. Ignored customers. Location was poor. No bars or restaurants nearby.

Booking.com cancelled one of our reservations just hours before arrival—well into the check-in window—despite us booking three months in advance. We only found out upon arrival, where we witnessed several other guests facing the exact same issue.

The worst part was the unreachable customer service and their refusal to compensate us properly. They offered a meager €25 for leaving us to sleep on the floor for a night, effectively ruining our group holiday since we were forced to move to a different hotel. They didn't even offer help finding alternative accommodation, claiming they would compensate us afterward, only to later refuse because it was NYE. Since our arrival was after midnight, it was impossible to book a new place for that date.

A customer service representative promised to cover one of our upcoming nights, but the company later reneged on that promise. We spent approximately €60 on international calls and received only €25 in return—not to mention the hours wasted explaining the situation to five different agents. I previously had good experiences with Booking, but it's clear that customers no longer matter to them.

I asked the agent: Which department can I contact to request the records of our phone calls? These recordings would prove they promised full compensation before backpedaling. They replied it is not possible.
Save yourself the stress: book directly through the hotel or use another provider.

Als aller erstes habe ich das beste Zimmer im Haus gebucht nach gefühlt 24 Stunden reise von Deutschland nach China nach Thailand bis ins tiefste Bangkok habe ich mich endlich gefreut mein gebuchtes Hotel Zimmer zusehen und endlich mal anzukommen leider wurde meine Freude komplett zerstört…Normalerweise bekommt man immer ein Upgrade aber zum ersten Mal bekomme ich ein downgrade im Hotel weil ein Gast den Zimmer noch eine Nacht länger bleiben wollte obwohl ich Men Zimmer vor 3-4 Monate reserviert habe.. also ehrlich abschaum

Best budget stay in Thailand

You can hear the walls and building is thin, we didnt have issues but im sure the people on lower levels could hear us simple walking or moving on the bed

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Comfy bed, very clean, spacious room. Safe area, shops and food stalls in close proximity. Close to BTS.

I was initially worried because of the google reviews. But in my case everything was fine. Yes, you can hear the neighbours, but this depends how they behave..

Pros:

Chambres propres et bien décorées, nous en avions réservé 3. Seul bémol si vous avez des voisins bruyant, c’est l’insonorisation. Pour nous une des trois chambres a eu moins de chance avec le voisinage. Pour le reste c’est très correct vu l’offre booking que nous avons eu avec un tarif super.
Cependant à notre arrivée, la première chose que la dame nous dit c’est que booking a annulé des réservations, elle n’a pas cherché mon nom avant même de m’annoncer ça. J’avais vu les commentaires récents mais nous avions réservé depuis septembre déjà. Je lui dis que je n’ai rien reçu puis elle a finit par regarder sur son ordinateur et pour nous c’était bon la réservation était là. D’autres n’ont pas eu cette chance les jours suivants. Je conseille de ne pas réserver par booking dans le doute. Est-ce aléatoire ? Ou bien s’ils estiment que l’offre que vous avez reçu est trop basse pour eux ? On ne le saura jamais.
À la suite de ça le reste de notre séjour c’est bien passé et le personnel était agréable.

Os funcionários são muitos simpáticos

Cons:

Fica um pouco longe de todas as atrações turísticas da cidade, então, o que você acaba gastando com transporte, talvez compense pegar algo mais bem localizado, sem contar com o tempo de deslocamento também, que as vezes tem muito trânsito na região
