Hôtel Le Passe-Temps

Good view of train station. Why was a 71 y o lady given 3rd flight of stairs up when one other person was in the hotel. I had a heavy backpack. Fairly renovated

Très bon accueil, hôtel bon marché, bien placé mais peu confortable.

Accueil chaleureux et très sympathique. Repas excellent. Rien a dire. Je recommande cette brasserie et son hôtel .

Personnel sympathique, bonne literie.

La chambre est très petite, la douche est minuscule, le petit déjeuner (qui n’est pas inclus dans le prix) n’est pas assez copieux.

-So I reserved a room and on the reservation it said that free cancellation before 23:59. I was checking the website to check the cancellation option and the AI cancelled my reservation without me even approving it. I contacted the customer service and they said they can't do anything about it bcz it was after 23:59 the hotel city time not from where I reserved, so I had to reserve again.

-They gave me a room at the fourth floor with no elevator. I had to leave one of my luggage behind the door at the GF bcz it was heavy.
-There's no fridge in the tiny room.
-There was still some urine on the toilet seat(disgusting).
-If your neighboor in the next room whisper you can her it very well, I didn't sleep bcz my neighboor spent the night talking on the phone and going to the toilet >10 times.
-the staff at the GF are nice they welcomed me on arrival and answered my question.
-I think 60 euros is too much. I would say 25-30 euros is a reasonable price for a night at this hotel.

the building is cute and charming. The location is excellent next to the train station and a short walk to the grand place or place des heros.

Parfait petit pied à terre en face de la gare et à 10 mn à pied du marché de Noël. On y mange très bien. Tout le personnel sans exception fait tout pour vous passiez un bon moment et avec des petites attentions qui nous ont fait bien plaisir. Le cadre fait penser à une brasserie parisienne dépaysement garanti. Merci pour ce bon moment.

Très bon séjour, le personnel très accueillant et sympathique.

Les propriétaires de l’hôtel sont vraiment très gentils ainsi que la serveuse qui était présente pour le petit déjeuner.
La chambre était petite mais agréable :)

Café bar restaurent chaleureux ancien, petit déjeuner correst,La chambre que nous avions était franchement à refaire, chambre d'un autre temps, lit au ras du sol, pas de tablettes de chaque côté du lit, très petite,porte serviettes dans la chambre et non dans la salle de bain, pas de place pour les vêtements mais chambre propre. Personne très aimable

Chambre correcte, même, si elle aurait pu être mieux. Seul bémol, la douche qui est exiguë, pourtant, je ne pense pas être d'un grand gabarit.
Le restaurant, très bien, avec des plats variés. J'ai beaucoup, aimé le décor. Le petit déjeuner,
très bien L'accueil chaleureux et convivial. Un atout, l'hôtel, comme, le restaurant, juste à la sortie de la gare .

They tried to put us on top floor when there was no lift, that was hard work, firstly refused our request to be moved to lower floor but was only when we said,” well have to go somewhere else”” that they miraculously had another room for us. There was a couple of long strands of black hair to greet us in the bath & extremely loud from the street below. Staff were nice enough. You do have to pay for parking here

Chambre simple mais confortable, idéalement située en face de la gare.
L'hôtel fait aussi restaurant et bar.
Charme des hôtels anciens (escalier en bois par exemple) avec le confort moderne.
Ol faut juste savoir qu,'il y a 4 etages sans ascenseur, et que la place Foch et les trains peuvent etre bruyants quand on ouvre la fenêtre

L hôtel est très bien situé près de la gare d Arras, du centre ville et au calme.
La chambre est petite et simple, très propre.
Le personnel est très aimable, compétent et à l écoute.
Bon rapport qualité / prix pour une nuit de passage.

Bien placé mais propreté laisse a désirer....
