Disgusting and worse place to stop. Drive on or sleep in your car before stopping here.
Pros:

Nothing. The room was disgusting with pee in the shower and all over the toilet. Bugs on the floor and bed. Stains on bed cover and hair on the pillow. Milk in the fridge.

Cons:

It was the worst hotel room ever. My wife, my friend, and I were in the room less than ten minutes after we hiked up the four flights of stairs. The location had two flights of stairs for advancing to each floor. When we finally got to the room we were disgusted to find pee in the shower, on the toilet, hair on the bed pillow, cockroaches on the floor, milk in the fridge, and some small bug in the bed.

I would like a full refund. Then the hotel had the audacity to double charge me their accidentl fee. They charged me $138.95 and an additional $50. When the agreed amount was $88.95.

Pictures on the website didn't represent the actual property. it looked like trash hadn't been picked up in months. The place was filthy. I'd never stay then again. There were no glasses or cups in the room and full sized refrigerator that took up most of the room like it was being stored there??

Cons:

Booked 3 rooms... 1st room was nasty dirty. Gave us another room. 2nd room was fine until the toilet overflowed at 11 pm. Got another room, but staff seemed upset or like it was my fault. Charged $50 more for each room when we checked in. Then charged another $50 {separate bill) which was refunded at 11 am, as promised. Had to wait a few days for the 1st $50. Laquinta is normally my choice for hotel when I travel. Disappointing this time.

This has been the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Me and several other customers had multiple issues with our keys. They changed our room because of double booking issues. After waiting for over 30 minutes we are finally able to enter our new after a long day of driving only to find the room is disgusting there is hair on the bed sheets the shower has a constant leak and they downgraded us from 2Q to 2Doubles. Went to the desk and after an hr convinced them to give us a refund and left.

Cons:

Shower was rusty and dirty, TV didn’t work correctly. Hair dryer was broken and dirty, location was bad there was a fight outside, elevator was dirty and smelled like urine, room key was disconnected 30 min before check out and couldn’t get back into my room or the side door for the facility. Overall this was the worse stay with La Quinta ever

Breakfast was subpar, outside was dirty some places smelled of urine, felt unsafe, 1st room they haf us in had a broken window looked pryed open and locks were broken.

Coming from a long drive around 12am on the road. Where do I start. The towels were dirty, dirt on one and looked like a booger on another one, good thing there's more than one. The floors were terrible, they were coming up off the sub-floor and hadn't been mopped in who knows how long. Stains in the tub. Mold on the shower curtain. Dead bugs. The bed made me nervous...with good cause, woke up with bites all over my back, not bed bugs but definitely something was sleeping with me. Breakfast - I should have eaten somewhere else. Had a waffle and left. I didn't trust the eggs or anything else that had to be cooked in the back. Orange juice as a florescent in color, maybe radio-active. I had water from my bottle. The worse La Quinta I have stayed at. I could probably write a short story with the conditions inside and out. Beware and stay away.
