丁寧な接客、清潔な客室、周辺にレストランがあり便利でした！
夜無料で提供される 1) ワッフル/アイス 2) ラーメンは、数量限定のため、開始時刻から30分後の時点で、1) がなくなってしまい、シューアイスでした。残念。。！
朝食は美味しくて大満足です！

チェックインの時間の前に到着しましたが、部屋に入ることができました。荷物を置くことができて助かりました。タオルやパジャマなど、1人分しか準備がなかったのでフロントで伝えるとすぐに対応してくれてよかったです。駅にも中町通りにも近く便利です。

ホテルは清潔感があり、とても心地良い滞在が出来ました。宿泊者限定でラーメンかワッフルアイスを頂けるサービスがあったのですが、開始から1時間ほどでワッフルアイスがなくなってしまい少し残念でした。また利用させていただきます。

Pretty new looking hotel. Room for was clean and modern. Bathroom was bigger than other hotel rooms I’ve stayed at in Japan. Staff were nice, and they offer free soba or ice cream nightly from 8-10pm. Close to the station, castle, and izakaya and restaurant area.

Excellent location. Less than 5mins walk to Matsumoto stn, tons of restaurants in the area and walking distance to Matsumoto castle. (Maybe 10mins walk? )
For what you pay, you get all you need.
The breakfast choice was good as well.

朝ごはんが素晴らしかった！
浴槽は広くてとても良いのですが、手すりが無いのが不安です。
あと、髭剃りはもう少し良いものにしたほうが良いです。
謎の水色の液体が提供されるのは切れ味が悪いことの証明です。
