最高でした！
Pros:

清潔で、朝ごはんも美味しく、ランドリーの使用状況が分かるなど、快適に宿泊出来ました。

Cons:

朝ごはん会場のキャパが小さく、団体のお客様がいる場合、少し手狭でした。

これまで数回宿泊していますが、部屋の種別と朝食の件があり一番よくなかった

必要な物がきちんと揃っていて良い

Cons:

今回は外の景気が見えない部屋だったのが残念。
朝食が売りの一つだと思いますが、早い出発の団体さんがいて6:30に朝食会場い行ったのに満席だった。朝食を提供する業務さんときちんと連携して、団体さんは6:15に前倒しして朝食を提供するなどした方が良いと思う。団体さんも急いで朝食を食べていたし、他のお客さんも待たされて残念な気分になったので。

Ottima soluzione a matsumoto
Pros:

Molto pulita e personale molto accogliente e disponibile. Vicinissima alla stazione, ai ristoranti e ai punti di interesse,Utilissima lavanderia interna, ramen serale(gratuito) una coccola inattesa.

枕！
お気に入りの羽毛枕があったので、お陰でよく寝られた。

Cons:

うーん、掃除は角から角までしっかりとほこり等ないようにして、清潔感を増してほしいです。
後、大浴場(天然温泉)があればもっともっと癒されたと思います。

Good breakfast, well organized
Pros:

Good breakfast (mostly Japanese as it should be) with a lot of thought put into it and well organized hotel with all the expected services like you would expect. Free icecream and soba in the evening to close the day. Will be back again when I’m in Matsumoto.
