Pros:

目的地からも近くて回りにコンビニや飲食店もあって便利でした お部屋も１人で利用しましたが ベッドも広くて寝心地良かったです アメニティも揃っていて２泊したけど補充もあり親切だな とおもいました お部屋も清潔感があり良かっです

Cons:

カーテン開けたかったけれど 直ぐ隣のビルがあった為 気になって開けられませんでした ロケーションが良くなかったです

Nice location, ideal for a few days
Pros:

The location of the hotel is really good, with lots of convenience stores and easy public transportation. The employees were always very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Although we were already expecting, the bedroom was really small but okay for a few days. The pillows were very hard also, and there was only one elevator.

They didn’t allow for late checkout (for 1 extra hour the cost quoted was about $20 which was not acceptable). Most hotel chain have this flexibility when requested without additional charge.

A great stay in a quiet room that is conveniently located near public transport.
Pros:

I have stayed here when I visited Japan before and it was still excellent.
The room is quiet, which I find very important.
I like the neighborhood too, including the nearby shrines.

Staff is always friendly.

Easy to travel from here to other parts of Tokyo as public transport is nearby.

Good solid hotel. Will stay again!
Pros:

Close to komagome station. Fast check in. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Breakfast only available from 7am. It it can be offered from 6.30am it would be better (especially when people staying at the hotel have to catch Shinkansen in the early morning).
