Pros:

Warme douche met goede straal, heerlijk bed en koelkast. De locatie was ook perfect het ontbijt kan je nuttigen op een terras van een prachtig plein.

Cons:

Onze kamer had geen raam. Gelukkig waren we de hele dag op pad.

Una estadía agradable en el corazón de la zona colonial
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó del Hotel Cataleya fue su excelente ubicación en la zona colonial, que permite acceder fácilmente a los principales atractivos turísticos y disfrutar del entorno histórico. Además, destaco la amabilidad y atención de los empleados, quienes siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar y hicieron que la estadía fuera muy agradable.

Cons:

Como aspecto por mejorar, considero importante informar con mayor claridad que el hotel no cuenta con ascensor, ya que nuestra habitación estaba ubicada en el tercer piso y subir el equipaje resultó un poco incómodo. Además, como huésped de una habitación Deluxe, esperaba encontrar un mobiliario más moderno. Aunque todo estaba en buen estado y funcional, una renovación gradual de algunos muebles podría mejorar aún más la experiencia de los visitantes.

La puerta se abria sola pq le faltaba una pieza para asegurar. El baño tenia un papel usado y con lipsticks. No tenia ni shampoo.

Atención del personal, aseo y excelente ubicación.

Cons:

Sería más cómodo si tuvieran lugar donde tomar el desayuno en el hotel sin necesidad de desplazarse y el restaurante no muy bueno, y que no tiene agua caliente pero pues no fue relevante.
