Cons:

Au début on m'avait attribué une chambre qui n'était pas terrible au 1er niveau et on m'a changé de chambre le même jour de mon arrivée.. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas terrible..

Pros:

un hotel con todas las comodidades, la atención inmejorable, los servicios son tal cual los describen en la pagina. cuenta con una maquina expendedora por si requieres de algo a media noche y te dejan agua en los refrigeradores que están incluidos en el precio total. un lugar sin duda que cumple con lo que se espera. esta muy cerca de todos los sitios de interés del centro histórico. yo sin duda regresaría.

Cons:

las camas suenan un poco, pues son de fabricacion clasica y eso hace que se desajusten, por lo demas todo ok

Very small room but not too bad if you don’t mind no hot water
Pros:

Quiet overall and very nice location. Good breakfast but was unable to use it most days as it started late for me. Would have been nice having early option available. Sheets clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was nice but started late most days for me as I had to leave at 7 AM for work related activities. Bathroom wasn’t very clean and zero hot water was very disappointing. No shampoo. Would have been nice to have a blanket at night. Strange that no one cleaned room except bringing new towels

Amazingly friendly staff, great breakfast, good location!

Cons:

The breakfast is not on site of the property, it’s about a 5 minute walk away to Parque Colon (the restaurant is La Marchanta) but the staff there are very pleasant, it’s a convenient location, and it gets you out of the hotel early and sightseeing early. Completely makes sense from the hotel’s point of view to not need a kitchen space, cooks, etc.

I’m not sure about other room but mine didn’t have a window and smelled like mold. AC dripping water directly on my bed

It wasn’t really sound insulated between rooms and hallways, you can hear slamming the doors and people talking in the other rooms

Cuando llegue me pusieron a firmar un papel con las condiciones en las cuales nunca indicaban nada de respecto a los panos, cuando sali me cobraron $25 pq un pano estaba sucio no manchado sucio, primero no estaba en el contrato y segundo era sucio no manchado y $25 es un muchsiimo dinero en santo domingo
