Pros:

Excelente ubicación, cerca a todas los sitios de interés patrimonial, se recorren a pie, el desayuno es en un restaurante en la Plaza Colón, bueno y cerca. Las instalaciones limpias. Lo recomiendo

Amazing location, excellent value, good enough facilities.
Pros:

Breakfast was small but good. Loved the location of the restaurant in front of the park and the vibe of the whole Zona Colonial.

Cons:

No parking available. Had to pay US $12 to park my car overnight at a private parking lot.

Mala experiencia.

Únicamente, la ubicacion.

Cons:

Me dieron una habitación diferente a la foto. El recepcionista hombre de la noche, fue demasiado borde (pedimos un jabón y se negó, afirmando que no podía dar uno de más porque no era su trabajo y estaba prohibido dos jabones, tocaba usar el mismo para las manos y para la ducha, inaudito). La habitación que obtuvimos fue súper pequeña, un espacio de 70cm para caminar alrededor de la cama. La cama y la mesa de noche estaban manchadas y peladas (foto como evidencia), se escuchaba todo de la habitación de al lado. La puerta estaba forzada (como se ve en la foto) No volvería ni porque fuera gratis.

Pros:

La ubicación es excepcional, el trato de la recepcionista que nos recibió fue supercálido y nos resolvió muchas dudas que teníamos. El hotel además cuenta con una alianza con un restaurante que está al frente de la Plaza Colón y es aparte de lindo, delicioso.

Cons:

No nos gustó que cuando llegamos a la habitación el inodoro no bajaba, el baño no se veía limpio, la cerradura de la puerta del baño no funcionaba y no nos dejaron toallas. El trato de la persona que quedó por la noche y recibió en la mañana fue bastante frío.

El cuarto que teníamos no daba a una ventana, pero para una corta estancia no tiene mucha importancia ya que se está todo el día recorriendo ciudad

Cercanía a lugares en zona colonial

Cons:

Atención de 2 recepcionista de 4 muy mala, cero empático y no daban solución a peticiones.
No brindaban agua caliente para tomarse un café y a lo que uno le preguntaba no sabían.
