Habitaciones sin ventana a la calle. La nuestra solo daba a un pasillo, con una luz superpotente encendida toda la noche en el corredor y un visillo en la ventana, por lo que la claridad impedía el sueño. A las 5 de la mañana al vecino le dio por hablar a gritos y las paredes parecían de papel

La ducha no tenía puerta y todo el agua se salía del baño. Al hablar con la recepcionista nos informó que no tenía esto reportado pero he leído varios review en booking reportando lo mismo. La repisa de vidrio del baño debajo del espejo estaba caída

Staff were nice and great location to visit the Colonial zone. Good breakfast

Cons:

Bathroom door did not close (room 106). No windows on the first floor. Only one small bar of soap. No shampoo. Noisy customer at 3 a.m. but that is not the fault of the hotel. Disappointed that the price quoted by Booking.com was not the same as price paid even if the booking was done only 3 hrs before check-in paid 10% more.

Nice and clean but room 108 extremely noisy
Pros:

First the amount charged by the hotel upon our arrival was higher that the price we paid via booking.com as
Advertised. When challenged at the hotel they said they could not do anything
In addition we stayed in room 108 which was the last room at the end of hallway which was next to the exterior door where the big air conditioning unit was installed which means that we had continuous high level of noise which was very annoying. Only one window very high and small which met no emergency exit in case of fire.
Also the water wipe made a pitch noise every 10 minutes for 10-15 seconds. All of that made for a very restless night! Could not send a video including the noise.
This room should not be advertised on booking.com
We have booked many hotels with booking.com and this the first time that we had to pay over than the price advertised.
I request booking.com
To be reimbursed for the delta that I paid

La comodidad de las camas era muy buena, la limpieza de la habitación era excepcional.

Son sólo típs de mejora...actualizar la chapa del baño ya que la actual está deteriorada por demasiado uso y tener más variedad en snacks y bebidas para la noche
