Pros:

Café da manhã delicioso e com muita variedade, a localização do hotel é perfeita, super central e ao lado da estação. Com certeza me hospedarei novamente em Madrid.

Great option to stay 3-4 days for tourism
Pros:

Very nice staff at reception. Clean and well distrubuted space. The room is comfortable to acomodate one person. The location is perfect! Very centric, close to sightseeings and nice areas to walk around. Lobby is done the way to be able to spend time at the bar as well as co-working area.

Cons:

There is 2 parts of the rooms (at least in the 6th floor) which are not connected. You should get from one to the other through ground floor. My friend had the room at the same floor but we could not access one the other directly through the same floor. Breakfast 25euro looked quite poor. I didn't take it though. There is enough cafes to have a breafast around for much better price/quality.

Other than that, my stay was great after the initial bad experience on the first night.
Pros:

Staff were great. Property was very clean.

Cons:

Walls are thin. I heard everything going on in the room next to mine. Had to raise the volume on my television because my son was present.
