Excellent customer service from Anka at this hotel

Very accommodating
Pros:

This hotel was in an excellent location. Can walk, take the bus or subway. Safe area. Staff was friendly and spent New Years at the hotel. Initially my first room was not in a good location and the vent was not working. Then i got moved to a higher floor and the heater was on and was running high. I had to open the windows. I called the staff the next morning and the maintenance people were able to fix it. No problems after that. It was overall a great experience.

حاجز بدون اطلالة
لما جيت غيرت راي وطلبت اطلالة ودفعت فارق بسيط 25 يورو لكل ليلة .

لما جيت اسجل خروج للاسف الموظف دفعني قيمة ليلة زيادة



باقي الاشياء الفندق حق business لكن ممتاز جدا مهوب بطال فيه كل الخدمات اللي تحتاجونها حق ابو يوم يومين اللي بيطول افضل يشوف خيار افضل واريح واوسع

تراهو ضيق مهوب نفس الصور لحد ينصدم .والمغسلة بضهر السرير جاية جدار شي بورد بينها الحمام والمروش مفصوله بابواب قزاز مدخله عبارة عن ممرات الغرفة حجمها صغير الحجم اللي تشوفنه ببومنق صحيح لكن موزع عالمدخل ودورة المياة والمروش الغرفة حجمها صغييير .
