Не хватает шапочек для душа, домашних тапочек, в туалете нет унитазного ершика.
Pros:

Отель прекрасно расположен, в пешей доступности до всех достопримечательностей Мадрида, не пользовалась общественным транспортом, хотя станция метро в 1 минуте. Стоимость поездки до вокзала Chamartín на Uber или Cabify около 13 евро. Если вы не берете завтрак, то можете спуститься и налить себе кофе. Очень комфортная кровать. Есть чайник, 2 пакетика растворимого кофе и 4 чая.

Cons:

Больше половины номеров выходят во внутренний двор-колодец, в номере очень темно, для меня это очень некомфортно, напомнило капсульные аэропортовские отели.

Great views/location, very strange stay and pickpockets in the lobby
Pros:

While the hotel is in a great location and has great sized rooms this was a very unfortunately eventful stay.

Within minutes of checking in my girlfriend’s phone was stolen by pickpockets while waiting for the elevator to go upstairs to our room.

The hotel was basically unable to help us and refused to look at security footage until we had filed a police report. 15 mins later we got a call from the hotel that a staff member had “found” the phone on a stairway we didn’t go on and the phone was returned missing the SIM card and the hotel staff saying “it was strange”.

The power has also gone out and even 30 minutes after the power was on, WiFi was still out. The fire alarm was set off during our stay as well, with little communication from the staff as to what was going on.
