金曜の夜に車で行ったのですが駐車場が満杯で停められず、近くのコインパーキング（有料）に停めました。
ブラシがなかったので少し困りました。

お部屋は凄くキレイでした。
周辺はとても静かで、近くにファミマと少し歩くとイオンがあり便利です。

朝食は食べませんでしたがエレベーター前にテーブルと椅子があったのでそこで食べるのか？って思いました。

Business hotel. Very clean and equiped all necessary items in the room. Quiet, conveniently located near the train(subway) station. 3 min walking to a shopping mall. Very Kind staffs. Hapanese style free breakfast buffet was also good.

東横インは何度か八潮を利用させていただいていますが、毎回スタッフさんの対応が良く、それもあり今週２回、仕事で北戸田と浦和美園を利用させていただきました。ただ浦和美園のフロントは酷かったです。チェックインの際フロントには2人の女性スタッフがいましたが、2人で宅配業者の対応をしこちらには声かけてすらなく。一旦外出した際も、他のホテルでは「行ってらっしゃいませ」「お帰りなさいませ」等、声掛けをしていただきましたが、浦和美園の女性スタッフは目は合っても声掛けは一切無し。結局チェックアウトまで、一言もスタッフとは会話もせず声もかけられませんでした。
八潮の東横インのスタッフさんの対応はいつも本当に良かったので同じかと思ったのですが残念です。たまたまなのかも知れませんが、私にはその一回の印象しか残らないので、他の東横インは利用させていただきますが、どうしてもという時以外は、浦和美園は2度と利用しないと思います。

駐車場が満車で少し遠かったのが残念。隣接した駐車場に停められなかった時にスーツケースを車から下ろすところが無く車道に一時停止して降りなくてはいけないのが不便でした。部屋にパジャマが無くフロント横に置いてあるのに気がつがず、部屋に行ってから無いことに気がつき、戻らなくてはいけないのが不便でした。自動チェックインでしたがフロントにスタッフがいらっしゃったので一言助言して欲しかったです。
