Muy mala la experiencia pero en la atención los empleados groseros y despotas

Más que una crítica destructiva es una constructiva el hotel cambio de dueño pero igual los empleados se creen los dueños del hotel no son amables ni serviciales ubicación muy muy buena el hotel es bonito solo que está mal administrado no hacen aseo a las habitaciones a profundidad pero se que son los empleados y el dueño
Debe de mirar quien sirve y quién no dan ningún tipo de información debes de rogar que te contesten el wasap el hotel no es malo son los empleados y el desayuno se sirve muy tarde disque porque no está incluído que es una cortesía del hotel sabiendo que está incluído y los tures salen a las 7 :40 AM y a esa hora sirven el desayuno

no pueden recomendar este tipo de hoteles, parecia un hotel transitorio, deberia prohibir ese tipo de hoteles, matamos arañas en el baño, sabanas manchadas, tv que no funciona, una sola toalla, no piecito de baño, cerradura gastada, mal olor en la habitacion, sin luz en los porfa focos, desayuno muy malo, cafe y un pan revanado con un huevo revuelto . listo nda mas de desayuno. todo en descartable,

I liked nothing in this hotel, it is filthy for a start, the floors are filthy, the room was ficlthy, the matterss had broken springs, only one light in my room was working. Breakfast is in a filthyn outside area, just eggs and coffee from a flask, not breajfast at all.

Cons:

The hotel is sub-standard and Booking should NOT list it.

La cama muy pequeña y dura, sin control para la televisión ni el aire. La ventana del Barcón no cierran no habia agua caliente . Y que decir del desayunó Orrible unas mujeres sin delicadeza ni cuidado para los alimentoar, ni agua nos brindarom. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL NOOOOO MUY MALO 👎

You get what you pay for
Cons:

The bottom of the sink was leaking, the shower barely worked. Door to bathroom wouldn’t even close, air conditioning only worked a little then would stop. It’s next door to a club so there’s lots of noise. It’s survivable for a night but not much else. I was on the third floor. Definitely not like the photos.
