Our go-to place to stay every time we are in the area. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and nice, the complimentary breakfast is above and beyond others we have had at other hotels, and the staff was very kind. Location is central to everything. Thank you for a great stay!
We had an excellent stay! Cindy, the breakfast supervisor, was very accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast selection each day was wonderful, with plenty of great options to choose from. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the excellent service!
Great fresh fruit at breakfast as well as silverware (not plastic), ceramic plates. Shower had great water pressure.
Overpriced, no microwave in room, none at breakfast room to warm pastries, bare minimum in-room cable, in room phone system also poor (tried calling front desk but kept cutting off). Asked housekeeping just for towels, didn't need to service room. When we returned, the room was serviced, however no towels. Poorly lit overall, older folks need more lighting.
Very clean and courteous helpful staff.
Small bar with limited stock. Indoor pool was tiny and not very inviting. No safe or microwave in the room. Housekeeping didn’t come until day 3. Strange, because we seen the cleaning carts on the floor every morning.
Hyatt satisfied all our needs. Comfortable beds and sofa bed was all set up. Only negative thing was shower floor was very slippery.
Location was great we had access to everything , Food, Mall , Banks entertainment. The atmosphere was very peaceful and quiet . The rooms were very clean and comfortable . The price was kind of expensive but it was summer time. They had great breakfast and front desk was very helpful and accommodating . WiFi wasn’t hard to get on and the pool and fitness room were very clean.

The hotel was clean throughout our stay and we enjoyed the breakfast bar, especially on the weekend. As there was more variety.
The housekeeping staff was always pleasant and helpful, espically Kim.
The front desk staff were great and we especially liked Noraine & Izzy.
Tied membership can be blinding. Provides less value for guest. Try to treat guest as human beings by addressing basic essential needs first instead of making everything tied and price tagged. It might get you more loyalty. This experience at hyatt is unique to just this hyatt, but experience at other locations which why I have gotten the hyatt card like I did with hilton. Even when i was not member, the hotel staff provided essential services without hesitation.
It is good place. It is difficult to contact lost and found in case. They don't cooperate. Their main phone line does not work the whole day. We tried to contact them whole day, and staff said it might be due to rain of the day.
Otherwise, all other things look great. Overnight male person at desk was very friendly and gave me extra blanket. Breakfast is good quality
Great shower. Bed was comfy. Great breakfast.
Room was great and staff was very nice and accommodating.
The bathroom sink was very slow draining. Friday and Saturday night there was a lot of folks (kids) running up and down in the hall outside my room.
