Pros:

Spacious room, bathroom was nice and clean, shower water pressure was good, we were there when it snowed and they had the parking lot with cleared off well.

Cons:

Wish breakfast wasn't so expensive.

Pros:

The staff were great. We checked in went to the room and there was a leak in bathroom. Went back down told them and she was so sweet and quick to change our room and also give us free breakfast all week. The pool is very small and limited seating but my kids had fun swimming in it anyway. The hotel was clean and all around a good stay.

I would stay here again but I hope to not have that air freshener problem again
Pros:

It was clean modern and spacious
Breakfast buffet was good and the right price
Staff was friendly and accommodating

Cons:

The chemical air freshener in the room irritated my sinuses very much
I don’t know if it was in a timer but it seemed to appear out of nowhere and it was strong.

Amazing staff and service!
Pros:

Awesome from the start. Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room as was the rest of the hotel. Nothing flashy about the building but the service and people are what separate okay experiences to great ones. This was an amazing experience because of the staff and service.
