This is a convenient place to stay. The hotel is very nice.
Pros:

This hotel is very nice. The room was clean and ready upon our arrival. The front desk staff were polite, cordial, professional and helpful. If you need a place to stay in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area this hotel is centrally located and convenient to ORF, downtown Norfolk, Virginia Beach, etc. There are good restaurants nearby and shopping too.

Our room was upgraded to a suite which was very roomy and comfortable. Staff couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean. Location very handy for our plans.

Feels like home.
Pros:

The hotel didn't feel like a "downtown" property. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was exceptional. Although many of the breakfast items were the same as other Hyatts, the presentation was thoughtfully laid out and included little "extras" like individual packets of Nutella. The hotel also offered fresh baked cookies for purchase. And, the staff was super nice! The shower was a dream.

it is very clean, kids friendly, swimming pool,great location, clean & great facility.staff approach was great.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was superb service. Cindy and Nyannah very nice and helpful. They asked how we were doing and made sure we had what we needed. Breakfast area was kept neat, clean and fully stocked. Highly recommend!

When me and my wife came down for breakfast, Cindy was the first to greet us. What I noticed was she was very pro active in ensuring breakfast items were stocked and replenished the food. She is such an asset to this hotel and hope to see her again if I stay in the future.

Pros:

Cindy was attending to customer needs in the hotel breakfast area. She was very attentive to guest requests and she kept the area very clean at all times. Best Hyatt place we stayed at.
