Pros:

The rooms were perfect, large and cozy. The atmosphere of the restaurant with rooftop terrace was even better. Perfect breakfast!

Quick getaway but it was fun

Within walking distance to everything

Cons:

On arrival, the building is a bit tricky to spot at first and during the day that area is very busy. You have to park somewhere and let the doorman know you there so they can take your car and park it offsite. I like to know where my car is and not comfortable with a stranger driving it. They keep your car keys at reception during your stay. We were a bit uneasy about the parking situation but that was our only concern.

Favorite hotel we stayed in.
Pros:

Amazing hotel, beautifully designed with great amenities, rooftop restaurant was great. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Only issue we had was delay in getting breakfast before we left for the airport. Got there when they opened at 7:30 and had to take away at 8:20 and eat cold at the airport. Recommend not ordering full breakfast if you have limited time.

Lux gem in City Centre
Pros:

If you need a city centre hotel, this hotel is perfect. Small but rooms are spacious. Restaurant is lovely and great food (plus you can get it for room service although the 30% surcharge is a bit ridiculous)

Cons:

In town space is a luxury and I understand it, seems like a lot of rooms dont come with baths, which is normally a deal breaker for me. But I was there for work, so the vibe was different and their showers are lovely. You have to park down the road and it took me ages to find the parking garage (77 Burg street), I think they need to take extra care in guiding guests around this matter, especially for check in. Check out they have a valet who can fetch your car.

Fine hotel, gritty location
Pros:

The rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served and where there's an evening cocktail bar is beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. The staff are very nice.

Cons:

The location was gritty and felt unsafe at night. I didn't feel comfortable walking around during the day either. But the hotel has someone that stands outside 24/7 so we appreciated that. We probably wouldn't stay here again just based on the location alone.

Lovely staff, comfortable rooms and overall a wonderful stay.
Pros:

I liked the room a lot. It was very cozy, quiet and spacious. It had everything one would need.
Someone even came to my room to get it "ready for the night" while I was out. When I cam back curtains where closed, lights were on and the bed was ready to go to sleep. The breakfast was tasty and the staff was so lovely.

All the food was delicious!

Cons:

That is very much a case of expectations so its not a bad thing per se, there was no buffet but a few options to choose from. They were open to also put together if you wanted something else.
