Fine hotel, gritty location
Pros:

The rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served and where there's an evening cocktail bar is beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. The staff are very nice.

Cons:

The location was gritty and felt unsafe at night. I didn't feel comfortable walking around during the day either. But the hotel has someone that stands outside 24/7 so we appreciated that. We probably wouldn't stay here again just based on the location alone.

Lovely staff, comfortable rooms and overall a wonderful stay.
Pros:

I liked the room a lot. It was very cozy, quiet and spacious. It had everything one would need.
Someone even came to my room to get it "ready for the night" while I was out. When I cam back curtains where closed, lights were on and the bed was ready to go to sleep. The breakfast was tasty and the staff was so lovely.

All the food was delicious!

Cons:

That is very much a case of expectations so its not a bad thing per se, there was no buffet but a few options to choose from. They were open to also put together if you wanted something else.

eine absolute Empfehlung für ein gutes Hotel in der Innenstadt
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in der Innenstadt in der Nähe ist der Grün Markt beziehungsweise sind eher sehr individuell eingerichtet. Es ist alles was man in einem guten Hotel benötigst. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer mit etwa 34 Quadratmeter Zimmer waren sehr ruhig. Am Abend ist in der Stadtmitte kaum jemand auf der Straße zumindest im Winter, also hier zur Unite.

Cons:

Das Restaurant und die Bar im sechsten Stock verfügt eine Terrasse mit einem kleinen Pool ist alles sehr kuschelig mit breiten Sofas eingerichtet. die Bar scheint im Kapstadt sehr beliebt zu sein. Es gibt Cocktails aller Art Bedienung was aufmerksam. Wir würden jedoch keinen Tisch mehr gegenüber der Bar wählen (und sind auch später in den Relaxbereich umgezogen) K. Aktiven Barmixer mit lauten Getöse ihre Arbeit verrichten. Ansonsten können wir diese Hotel nur empfehlen.

We like it for few days
Pros:

A well-designed boutique hotel with beautiful decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly and reflect the warmth and hospitality of the people of Cape Town. The breakfast is excellent, and special thanks go to Wendy and Fatima for their professionalism and outstanding service.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about Carlo, who assigned us what was arguably the worst room in the hotel (on the 4th floor). As a result, we endured two very unpleasant nights before asking to change.

Bad recommendation
Pros:

Decor and bar great. Unfortunately needing a bit of a revamp.

Cons:

Over promising and underperforming.
I chose the hotel for its position to be close to the Towers building for a visa application. Arranging transport was offered and accepted and forgotten!
The dinner we had on the second evening was disappointing. The bouillabaisse was badly overcooked and I can only imagine that it was keep warm as the mussels was completely dry and the shell’s brittle and broken. The crayfish was inedible as were the overcooked prawns that stuck to the shells
The dinning area has divisions in the cushion seating making the 2 pax tables extremely uncomfortable. We moved outside but the heater did not work heater did not work. Moved again.
Honestly, this hotel needs serious maintenance everything is tired. Especially the furniture .

Heerlijke ruime kamers in eclectisch en stijlvol hotel
Pros:

Locatie is top als je in het centrum van Kaapstad wil logeren. Heerlijk ontbijt waar je wel extra voor betaalt. Superleuk dakterras met heerlijke zithoeken.

Cons:

Badkamer/toilet weinig privacy vanwege half transparant glas
