No hot water continueusly
Beds were absolutely exceptional. AC worked flawlessly. Staff were eager to help.
Buffet breakfast had enough fresh foods and good quality South Indian food.
Leaky shower seals.
Food, staff, cleanliness
Missed swimming pool
Service, Friendly Staff, Spacious Rooms, Proximity to Ganga Ghat
Lack of dining options nearby
Rooms were spacious, good restaurant and spread was decent for buffet.
We had taken one apt with 2 bedrooms. In one of the bedroom, the bathroom design was faulty. If you take bath the water flows through the entire bathroom as the outlet is tapered towards the one below the washbasin. This makes the whole bathroom soaked in water.
The wifi was pathetic, no internet on the wifi whatsoever, even I have to get addition data packs on my airtel network to use the internet at night, but then too, airtel signal is also very weak in there. I have not seen such bad wifi network in any 5* hotels I've stayed, please spend some money and upgrade your wifi/speeds as this is not cheap hotel and people expect good wifi, specially when travelling. We booked classic room as it was only available at that time. The room was good, service was ok as well. Parking facilities are good. Location is little up the slopes on the road which gets heavy traffic during peak hours.

The room was really nice
We took cold showers because it is not indicated how to turn the hot water on.
The tables and cutlery at the restaurant were quite dirty.
We were very busy at International yoga festival at Parmarth Niketan ashram, so we left at 05.30 each morning and didn't return until around 7/8 or 9pm each evening. So we didn't get to eat our included breakfast. But kindly we sometimes had a light evening meal (omelette and salad!) instead! Thank you for that.
the light that shone into my room from the outside lights, room 310.
Overpriced and rude unhelpful staff at the front desk. The pictures on booking.com look nice but that is about it. Somya, the girl who does the morning Yoga class is nice and she also doubles over as the spa manager but apart from that nothing positive to say about the place. I would avoid and stay at a cheaper option closer to the town. This is not a 4 star hotel...
