i will not stay again - not worth the Price

I booked a top-class room and paid for it, but when we were going to check in, the staff moved us to a different floor and the hotel charged us for breakfast. I even told them we already paid for our booking. I can upload a picture of the booking that clearly says breakfast is included. ground staff was nice and helpful, butthe front

Cons:

They overcharged me, the toilet was not flushing, and I made multiple complaints about it. they come and fix it but next use do the same issue. noone offered us room change. breakfast was included but still they charge for it. no one try to accomodate or listen to issues i raised with front desk. CHECK IN LADY was SUPER RUDE and she start talking in spanish to other staff members think we dnt understand it. now days apps with headphone tells everything
