最高でした！
Pros:

立地が良くてアメニティも充実していました。フロントの方も優しくて親切、丁寧に話して下さいました。

部屋が狭かったのでクローゼットへ行くのにベッドをまだがないといけなかった。

Staying here if consider the value location and the rooms and its cleanliness its perfect!
Pros:

Near to everything! Clean! Always can request for a room cleaning and towels everyday change.

Cons:

Room space but its the value for money and considering its location and yes its japan. So still i love the place

Good pricing initially

Cons:

Unfortunately I could not attend due to having an unexpected illness and was admitted to hospital. Whilst trying to get some assistance in rescheduling and compensation they flat out refused. To be fair this was late notice so whilst it was upsetting they didn’t want to engage I somewhat understand. What I found offensive was the email they replied with, in that they do not “give a refund for customer convenience”, as if me unexpectedly going to hospital counts as this. Again - please work on your customer emails as I found this pretty disgusting and unnecessary, could have been written a lot better hence why I have to give it very poor.

全く快適ではありませんでした
Cons:

全てにおいて清潔感が無く、汚い。
換気線、エアコンは、ホコリだらけ。
浴室のドアを開けると、なんとも言えない匂い。
おそらく、排水溝とカビの匂い。
バスタブにお湯はりをしたら、髪の毛が浮いている。
お湯に浸かるのを諦め、お湯を流せば排水溝が詰まっており、床が水浸し。
連泊でしたが、グラスも交換されず、そのまま。
フロントを通る際も、一切挨拶がない。
二度と利用しません。

良かった、また、利用したいです。
Pros:

当日予約だったので、期待せずに行ったが、浅草駅から近く、浅草寺にすぐに行けて、部屋から浅草寺が間近にみえた。ここが予約出来て良かったと、思いました。浅草に泊まる時は、また、利用したいと思いました。

Cons:

女性用の洗顔、化粧水などのアメニティがあると嬉しいです。あると思い、ドラッグストアーで購入しないままでした。
