Angenehmer Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist ideal. Zu Fuß ist man in 10-15 Minuten im Zentrum, am Kanal, dem Meer und dem Castello di San Giusto. Die Apartments „Residence Victoria“ sind zwei Häuser neben dem Hotel Vicroria, bei dem man auch eincheckt.

Wir hatten ein großzügiges Apartment (Nr. 402 im 4. Stock) mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern und einem großen Wohn-Esszimmer und Hausflur mit Garderobe. Ein Schlafzimmer lag mit Blick auf einem Innenhof/Lichtschacht und war sehr ruhig - wir haben gut geschlafen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer geht zur Straße und die Fenster haben den Straßenlärm nicht wirklich gut abgehalten. Aber da wir nur in dem anderen Schlafzimmer geschlafen haben, war es nicht störend für uns.

Das Gebäude, in dem die Apartments liegen, ist ein schönes, historisches Stadthaus mit imposantem Eingangsbereich und verfügt über einen Lift. In den ersten zwei Stöcken sind Arzt-Praxen und deshalb war es in der Nacht sehr ruhig.

Ein Tipp für alle, die das Schloss Miramare besuchen möchten: mit der Buslinie 6 & 36 kann man ab der Haltestelle Piazza Oberdan (Fußweg ab der Unterkunft ca. 10 Minuten) bis zur Endhaltestelle Grignano am Hafen fahren und kommt von dort direkt in den Garten des Schlosses. Hin- & Rückfahrt kosten 3€, die Tickets haben wir in einer Tabaccheria gekauft.

Cons:

Für so eine große Wohnung gab es etwas wenig Geschirr und Gläser und das Mobiliar in der Küche war etwas abgewohnt. Für uns hat es aber aufgrund des tollen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und der kurzen Aufenthaltsdauer keine Rolle gespielt.

Ogni volta un'ottima conferma
Pros:

Posizione centrale e comoda, appartamento spazioso, ben organizzato e molto silenzioso. Lo staff è sempre molto cortese. Non è la prima volta che alloggio al Residence Victoria e ogni volta il soggiorno è ottimo.
