Расположение, комфортный номер, кондиционер. Вежливый, отзывчивый персонал, разрешили оставить чемодан после выселения на полдня.

Cons:

Завтрак средненький. Не выключались лампочки на входе в номер, электрик не пришёл, пришлось выкручивать совместно с администратором, чтобы не спать при свете.
