Le badge étant inopérant, le personnel n'a pas été en mesure de résoudre la situation et le responsable était injoignable. En conséquence, une soirée complète de ma visite à Francfort a été compromise.

Cons:

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Ich wollte während der offiziellen Check-In Zeiten einchecken, fand vor Ort aber kein Personal vor. Nach vielem Klingeln an einer Gegensprechlage habe ich einen Code und meine Zimmernummer erfahren, konnte jedoch den „Safe“ zu meiner Zimmerkarte nicht öffnen. Nach erneutem Anruf und Schildern des Problems wurde mir unterstellt, dass ich den Code nur falsch eingeben würde und wenn der Safe nicht aufgeht ich mir doch ein anderes Hotel suchen soll. Absolute Frechheit!
Als ich 15min später dann ins Zimmer gefunden habe hatte ich mir gewünscht, doch ein anderes Hotel gewählt zu haben. Staubige Anlagen, Haare auf der Bettwäsche, verschmutzte Toilette, sehr dünne und lärmdurchlässige Wände. Absolut kein Ort zum wohlfühlen, nicht mal nur um einen Schlafplatz zu haben. Nie wieder.

Ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt im Trip Inn Budget Messe Frankfurt! Perfekte Lage in der Nähe der Messe, freundliches Personal und sehr saubere, komfortable Zimmer. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – ich komme gerne wieder!

zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
Cons:

De hygiene was ver te zoeken, de badkamers en de kamers waren erg smerig en stonken, of werkte amper, niet genoeg ruimte om te kunnen douchen. De lichten functioneerde niet in de kamers of via een stekker in het stopcontact. Ontbijt was vrij kleinschalig en de ruimte daarvan rook ook niet fris.
