Short grab away from the beach and to hoi an in a really nice quiet spot.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Homestay lief sehr gut, ich habe die Besitzerin als sehr hilfsbereit empfunden. Fahrräder oder Scooter lassen sich direkt beim Homestay ausleihen und man ist schnell in Hoi An oder am Strand.
Das Zimmer roch arg nach Schimmel, was ich als sehr unangenehm empfunden habe. Lüften half ein wenig, aber der Geruch sitzt zu tief. Es scheinen leider viele Gebäude in dieser Region durch die starke Luftfeuchtigkeit ein Problem mit Schimmel zu haben.

The room is spacious and clean and the area is quiet, compared to Hoi An Old Town zone.
If I have to find something not pleasant is not related to the place, but to booking or maps. Looking on the map for this place pointed me on the right road, but to the wrong civic. The real one is 172, not 560 something, which is more than 1 hour away by walk

L'accueil est sympa et le coin est calme. Le lit est confortable.
La propreté n'est pas au rendez vous dans ce homestay. Quand je suis arrivé dans la chambre j'ai retrouvé un énorme cafard. La personne de l'accueil est venu me le retirer. Le lendemain une blate américaine qui vole. Vous avez des chrysalide de mythe aussi. Attention aux vêtements. Les draps étaient sales avec des traces et la chambre. Je déconseille.
