Saint Domain

We were there for the Open tennis and the apartment was an easy 10 minute walk to the Rod Laver arena. It was a similar walk into Flinders Station and the CBD or a three stop tram ride. There is a lovely restaurant next door, the Trend, which was reasonably priced. We were a little unsure when we arrived but as the week went on, we loved the apt more and more. The bathroom is a bit tight but the shower wonderful. The lounge is fairly basic but comfortable with good tv channels. We would certainly return.

It was conveniently located. It worked out perfectly.

As two adults, this was a great base for us to easily walk to and from the city and South Melbourne. Clean well stocked apartment.

Quiet location and just a short tram ride to the city

Good apartment for basic amenities, however not in the best condition. Few things broken and overall look was shabby. Comfortable big bed was a plus. Easy late check-in experience, great communication from staff. Nice cafe district, but not much else around.

Overall good experience. Although stated it is free parking offsite- it is free parking after 5 pm and on weekdays. Apart from that Great experience

This was a lovely 2br apartment in the 20th floor. The heater was going when we arrived and low music playing which wad a nice touch. The rooftop area was also lovely.

Awesome place

Terrible parking situation. Very hard to get free parking, otherwise the parking meter is 24 hours.
Very small apartment that is not too comfortable.

Stay was nice and cosy and great views

The location was good. Short walk to the trams which go to many places. 20-30 minute walk to CBD(city centre) depending on your own speed. I read up on the place beforehand hand so emailed them about the late check-in and they emailed all the information I needed however we did just arrive in time to be checked in by Kim who was such a lovely person. Really happy and helpful person. She gave us tips about what to do and where to go. Amanda the manager was also helpful and provided us with information. When we entered the apartment and it was mostly clean. The microwave was dirty so we informed them the day after and they had it cleaned immediately. The balcony could have used a wipe down or wash as there were lots of spider webs on it. It didn't bother us that much as we were hardly there to use it. The washing machine and dryer was easy to use and amenities were provided. We stayed there for 13nights and we didn't any problems apart from the microwave. It was nice and quiet. We enjoyed our stay there.

I liked how easy it was to access the property and go sight seeing or head into the city or crown. Although the property was clean and tidy it felt a little worse for wear, but that didn’t affect our stay. We enjoyed it thoroughly.

It was a cosy spot for short term stay. Well equipped for dining in and relaxing. Would definitely recommend.
