Wäre sehr gut, wenn es eine Klimaanlage gäbe.
Pros:

Die Lage ist top. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Ku-Damm aber trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Ein sehr großes Manko ist das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage in den Zimmern unter Dach. Darunter leidet die gesamte Qualität.

good clean room. simply but well decorated. excellent location

early morning, moving large bins -loud
could be too hot if weather very hot (no air con). was not for me, with window open -but a watchout.

Pros:

Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und nett angerichtet.

Cons:

Die Renovierung hat den Charme genommen, ich kenne das Bleibtreu seit fast 30 Jahren .
Mein Zimmer war klein, ganz oben, die Einrichtung unpraktisch und nicht zu Ende gedacht.
Es müffelt immer noch im ganzen Haus bis unters Dach nach Essen (dem Restaurant?), altes Problem, das nervt erheblich.
Das Bettzeug ist wie im Krankenhaus.
Das Getränkeangebot nach 23 Uhr ist sehr dürftig: es gibt einen Minikühlschrank am Frontdesk. Tee oder ähnliches ? Fehlanzeige.
Es gibt in Berlin einfach Hotels mit besserem P-L-Verhältnis, ich habe immerhin 118€ gezahlt ....
Und vier Sterne? Erscheint mir etwas viel...

Als Hotel kann ich es nicht weiterempfehlen - auch wenns vergleichsweise günstig ist.
Pros:

Haben nicht gefrühstückt - Preis/Leistung zu teuer

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist eigentlich viel zu klein - da wären ein paar Quadratmeter mehr notwendig.
Badtücher in Hülle und Fülle - ist absolut unnötig für ein paar Tage.
Das das Hotel nicht einmal über Steckdosenadapter verfügt.
Das Desinteresse der Rezeption - aber sofort bezahlen, bevor man schon das Zimmer bezogen hatte.
