Pros:

Get ready for a detailed review:

Location - very safe, fancy neighborhood. Very well connected to U-Bahn Station and bus stop.It takes a little while to go to main touristic spots by U-bahn (20-30 minutes) and maybe 5 minutes if by car, however you're in Europe - if you don't walk a bit, why even be in Berlin? Quiet place if you're a sensitive sleeper.

Nearby attractions - it's near to zoologischer Garten and Tiergarten. It's a bit far from main attractions (emphasis on 'bit', like 2-3 kms at max), but it's good.

Room - Clean, daily maintained by staff. Good enough for 2 people if you don't fancy a wide space. We took a very standard room so I'm not complaining. Bed was balanced - neither so hard nor so fluffy that you sink. Amenities like towels, big size television (with few English channels but mostly german), toiletries (even a body lotion in washroom), hair dryer, mini-fridge.

Staff - very nice and polite, helpful. Human receptionist is there , we liked it that way - old fashioned rather than a computer these days.

Food - Didn't try at all because we wanted to save money. However there are few restaurants in the vicinity (bit on pricier side though). But finding food in Berlin is no big deal, spots everywhere.

Cons:

Liked everything, but of course there's always some room for improvement. Some more English channels on television could be added given international guests. That is all I could think of

Pros:

das Hotel liegt in Charlottenburg, in der Nähe des Kurfürstendamms, also sehr Zentral, Bushaltestelle und U-Bahn in der Nähe. ruhige Lage, kein Lärm.

Cons:

es wird am Samstag kein Frühstück angebdoten, was ich etwas Schade finde
