Front was nice staff was great but didn’t meat my handicap needs as requested at time of booking power outage lasted 3 hours couldn’t leave room or reenter
Pool latter broken , no towels some of breakfast was not done sausage mainly toaster didn’t work and if someone was microwaving toaster would shut off . Shower had mold in it and no extra tissue in restroom also had spiders

The breakfast was very good.
The room was hot. The AC did not work as explained by the desk clerk it had something to do with some sort of cutoff system that only turned on when it recognized people in the room. I have never heard that before and have never had to worry about that in a hotel.

Most of the hotel was clean.
The first room I was given had the bedding all over the room, no sheets on the bed, and the room hadn’t been cleaned.
The only thing (person) I liked was Rai, welcoming me. And the free parking as well...
My first room was not clean. Went back to the front desk, got a new room (upgrade, suite) assigned. Went up, this room was also not cleaned. When things happen once, it is a coincidence. but is it happens twice... Although Rai really handled it well, this is something you really can't make up for anymore. It felt like a "hostel" experience. Marriott is making a mistake by allowing places to carry their brand name just for having enough towels in the bathroom.
